When the ventilation and the circulation purification are carried out, negative ions generated by the negative ion generator enter the room along with the air flow of the air inlet channel. Example 6: the present embodiment exemplifies the application of the tuyere ring changer: fig. 9 is a longitudinal sectional schematic view of the application of the tuyere ring changer built in the pipeline type fresh air machine. Circulating purification: when the indoor and outdoor temperature difference is large (such as reaching-5 ℃ in winter) or the outdoor pollution is serious, the controller of the fresh air system can be set to control the fresh air valve 7 and the exhaust valve 8 to be closed, the through valve 6 to be opened and the ventilation hole 10 of the purification device 9 to be opened simultaneously, and the air opening annular changer is in an annular changing state. Indoor air flows in through the air return opening 124, passes through the air filter 16 and the heat exchanger 17, then enters the exhaust air inlet 4 of the corresponding air opening circulator through the exhaust fan 21, because the channels of the air inlet 2 and the exhaust air outlet 5 which are led to the outside are closed by the fresh air valve 7 and the exhaust air valve 8, the vent hole 10 of the purifying device 9 is opened, the indoor air which enters the inner cavity B12 from the exhaust air inlet 4 flows into the vent hole 10 of the purifying device 9, passes through the purifying device 9, then enters the inner cavity A11, flows to the air inlet outlet 3 from the inner cavity A11, passes through the air filter 16 and the heat exchanger 17, and is led into the room from the air inlet 123 and a pipeline connected with the air inlet 20. The indoor air is circulated continuously, and the air purifier is effective. When the ventilation and the circulation purification are carried out, negative ions generated by the negative ion generator enter the room along with the air flow of the air inlet channel. Circulating purification: the circulating purification function is set through the function key, the controller 18 controls the fresh air valve 7 and the exhaust air valve 8 to be closed and simultaneously closes the channels of the air inlet 2 and the air outlet 5 which are led to the outside, the through valve 6 is opened and simultaneously opens the ventilation hole 10 of the purification device 9, and the air inlet ring changer is in a ring changing state. Example 9: fig. 14 is a longitudinal sectional view of embodiment 9, in which the tuyere ring changer is assembled in the rain-proof casing 23, and can be installed outdoors and used with a wall-mounted or floor-mounted or window-mounted bidirectional flow fresh air machine installed indoors, and the tuyere ring changer is composed of a casing 1, an air inlet 2, an air inlet 3, an air outlet 4, an air outlet 5, a through valve 6, a fresh air valve 7, an air exhaust valve 8, an air optimization device 91, an inner control device 11, an inner cavity b 12, and the rain-proof casing 23, wherein the air optimization device 91 employs a negative ion generator; the air inlet 2 and the air outlet 5 are arranged in different planes, and the air inlet 3 and the air outlet 4 are respectively connected with a fresh air inlet 121 and an air outlet 122 of a fresh air machine corresponding to the wall 27 through the flange 14 and the connecting air pipe 26. The tuyere ring changer is arranged outdoors and is matched with a fresh air machine which is produced by the prior art and is internally provided with a high-efficiency filtering component for use. The application of the embodiment is exemplified below to form a fresh air system:
