Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种汽车环保消音器，包括筒体一（1）和进气管（2），进气管（2）的端部伸入到筒体一（1）内，且筒体一（1）内的进气管（2）管壁上布满小孔，所述的筒体一（1）还连通装有润滑油的筒体二（3），筒体二（3）上有排气口（4），筒体二（3）内横向设有多块过滤板（5），过滤板（5）上开有透气孔（6）。本实用新型集消音器和消污器功能于一身，不但能降低汽车噪音，而且减少排出的废气对空气所造成的污染，该装置具有制造简单、成本低、便于安装维修的优点，适宜普遍推广使用。

本实用新型属于汽车零部件的技术领域，涉及一种汽车环保消音器。
背景技术
目前，安装在汽车上的消音器，普遍是由壳体和置于壳体内在周壁开有减噪孔的消音管构成，该种消音器只具有降低汽车噪音的功能，而排出的尾气对空气仍然造成严重污染。现在对城市环境造成极大损害的雾霾，其成因之一就是汽车尾气的排放。因此需要发明一种新型装置克服以上缺陷，将汽车尾气在排放之前预先处理，去除污染物，防止尾气污染环境。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种汽车环保消音器，解决现有的汽车消音器只具有降低汽车噪音的功能，而排出的尾气对空气仍然造成严重污染的问题。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案来实现：汽车环保消音器，包括筒体一和进气管，进气管的端部伸入到筒体一内，且筒体一内的进气管管壁上布满小孔，所述的筒体一还连通装有润滑油的筒体二，筒体二上有排气口，筒体二内横向设有多块过滤板，过滤板上开有透气孔。
所述的透气孔为条形。
所述的条形的透气孔在相邻的两块过滤板上互相垂直。
采用上述技术方案的积极效果：本实用新型集消音器和消污器功能于一身，不但能降低汽车噪音，而且减少排出的废气对空气所造成的污染，该装置具有制造简单、成本低、便于安装维修的优点，适宜普遍推广使用。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的技术方案做进一步的说明，但不应理解为对本实用新型的限制：
图1是本实用新型的结构示意图，如图所示，汽车环保消音器，包括筒体一1和进气管2，进气管2的端部伸入到筒体一1内，且筒体一1内的进气管2管壁上布满小孔，起减噪音的作用。所述的筒体一1还连通装有润滑油的筒体二3，筒体二3上有排气口4，筒体二3内横向设有多块过滤板5，过滤板5上开有透气孔6，方便气流流通。汽车废气由进气管进入，然后从管壁上的小孔排出，降低噪音后，再流经筒体二中的过滤板过滤后通过排气口统一排出。由于筒体二内装有润滑油，在汽车行进过程中，润滑油会均匀涂抹在过滤板上，汽车尾气中的杂质颗粒会吸附在过滤板上，从而起到净化汽车尾气的作用。
进一步地，所述的透气孔6为条形。
为了延长尾气通过的路径，增强吸收杂质的效果，所述的条形的透气孔6在相邻的两块过滤板5上互相垂直。
本实用新型结构简单，制造加工容易，不仅有利于降低汽车行驶过程中的噪音污染，而且改进的技术环节在原有的消音排气基础上，可将尾气中过多的污染杂质进行吸附过滤再排放，使用效果良好，维修更换更加便利，有效的减少汽车尾气对环境所造成的污染。

1.一种汽车环保消音器，包括筒体一（1）和进气管（2），进气管（2）的端部伸入到筒体一（1）内，且筒体一（1）内的进气管（2）管壁上布满小孔，其特征在于：所述的筒体一（1）还连通装有润滑油的筒体二（3），筒体二（3）上有排气口（4），筒体二（3）内横向设有多块过滤板（5），过滤板（5）上开有透气孔（6）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车环保消音器，其特征在于：所述的透气孔（6）为条形。
3.根据权利要求2所述的汽车环保消音器，其特征在于：所述的条形的透气孔（6）在相邻的两块过滤板（5）上互相垂直。
