技术背景
现实生产中，对用于包装的薄膜的尺寸经常有一定的要求，以满足不同行业不同产品的包装。薄膜分切机是一种将宽幅薄膜分切成多条窄幅材料的机械设备，常用于包装行业。薄膜分切机的工作原理为：从放卷机构放出的金属化薄膜原料，经展平辊、张力检测辊、赋能辊，进入分切机构，原材料经分切后，由收卷机构分别收卷成符合标准的膜卷。
但是常见的薄膜分切机结构为展平辊、张力检测辊、赋能辊等各种辊体设置于机架内部，机架一般为封闭式结构，工作人员观测薄膜运行状况和更换辊体非常不方便，给生产带来了极大的不便。辊体损坏时，工作人员经常需拆卸大量零部件才能找到损坏的辊体并更换它，经常延误生产，造成不必要的损失。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种薄膜分切机，便于工作人员观察薄膜的运行状况和检修更换辊体。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种薄膜分切机，包括机架、刀槽辊、导向辊、分切机构、放卷架、收卷架，所述机架中间设置有人员通道，所述刀槽辊、导向辊均设置于人员通道四周并转动设置于机架上，所述分切机构设置于刀槽辊的上方，所述放卷架、收卷架设置于机架两端。
进一步地，所述机架上设置有灭蚊灯。
进一步地，所述导向辊表面均匀设置有橡胶层。
本实用新型和现有技术相比，具有以下优点和效果：从放卷机构放出的薄膜原料，经导向辊、刀槽辊，原材料经分切机构分切后，由收卷机构分别收卷成符合标准的膜卷。因为导向辊、刀槽辊设置于人员通道四周，工作人员可以在人员通道内方便并清晰地观测薄膜和辊体的运行状况，而且可方便快速地对导向辊、刀槽辊等辊体进行检修和保养。

如图1所示，一种薄膜分切机，包括机架9、刀槽辊3、导向辊4、分切机构2、放卷架8、收卷架1，所述机架9中间设置有人员通道5，所述刀槽辊3、导向辊4均设置于人员通道5四周并转动设置于机架9上，工作人员不但可以在人员通道5内方便并清晰地观测薄膜6和辊体的运行状况，防止意外发生，而且检修时，工作人员有宽阔的空间对各个辊体，无需拆卸其他零部件，方便高效。所述分切机构2设置于刀槽辊3的上方，所述放卷架8、收卷架1设置于机架9两端。所述机架9上设置有灭蚊灯7，使附近的蚊虫被灭蚊灯7吸引并消灭，防止蚊虫被卷入薄膜6而影响薄膜的卫生和质量。所述导向辊4表面均匀设置有橡胶层，导向辊表面摩擦系数增大，可以防止薄膜6表面产生硬性条纹，分切后的成品薄膜6表面平整，提高薄膜6质量。
通过上述技术方案，本实用新型一种薄膜分切机使用时，从放卷机构放出的薄膜6原料，经导向辊4、刀槽辊3，原材料经分切机构2分切后，由收卷机构1分别收卷成符合标准的膜卷6。工作人员可以在人员通道5内方便并清晰地观测薄膜6和辊体的运行状况，而且可方便快速地对导向辊4、刀槽辊3等辊体进行检修和保养。本实用新型便于工作人员观察薄膜6的运行状况和检修更换辊体。
