本实用新型涉及一种塑胶生产设备，具体涉及一种塑胶生产用搅拌共混机。
背景技术
目前，塑料材料在制作前一般需要将粉料和粒料进行混合，然后进入挤出机进行加热挤出。现有的混合搅拌机结构单一，混合效果不理想，运动方向和速度无法改变，仅通过底部的搅拌辊对物料进行搅拌，容易导致物料分层，影响混合的均匀性。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的缺陷，提供一种结构简单，设计合理，能均匀混合，防止物料分层，混合效果好的塑胶生产用搅拌共混机。
其技术方案是：塑胶生产用搅拌共混机，包括料筒，所述料筒内设有转动轴，所述转动轴的下端连接有搅拌辊，所述搅拌辊位于料筒底部，所述转动轴的中部固定设有固定套，所述固定套上分别设有多个不同方位的搅拌爪，所述搅拌爪的端部设有位于料筒内不同深度的搅拌叶片。
所述料筒上方设有控制所述转动轴转动的脉冲控制器。
每个搅拌叶片与转动轴的角度不同。
所述料筒的下方设有出料口。
本实用新型与现有技术相比较，具有以下优点：结构简单，设计合理，能均匀混合，防止物料分层，混合效果好。

参照图1，塑胶生产用搅拌共混机，包括料筒1，所述料筒1内设有转动轴2，所述转动轴2的下端连接有搅拌辊3，所述搅拌辊3位于料筒1底部，所述转动轴2的中部固定设有固定套4，所述固定套4上分别设有多个不同方位的搅拌爪5，所述搅拌爪5的端部设有位于料筒1内不同深度的搅拌叶片6。
所述料筒1上方设有控制所述转动轴2转动的脉冲控制器7。通过脉冲控制器7可以控制转动轴2间歇性转动，从而提高混合效果。
每个搅拌叶片6与转动轴2的角度不同。通过不同角度的搅拌叶片6可以对物料进行不同方向的搅拌，这样能提高混合效果。
所述料筒1的下方设有出料口8。
使用时，转动轴2带动搅拌辊3转动，使物料在料筒1内转动，在搅拌时，容易在料筒1底部搅拌辊3上方以及转动轴2附近出现分层现象，降低混合效果，通过在转动轴2上设置不同深度的搅拌爪5，并在搅拌爪5的下方设置搅拌叶片6，这样可以对料筒1内不同深度、各个方位的物料进行无轨迹混合，这样能使物料混合更加均匀，提高了混合效果。
本实用新型结构简单，设计合理，能均匀混合，防止物料分层，混合效果好。

1.塑胶生产用搅拌共混机，包括料筒，其特征在于：所述料筒内设有转动轴，所述转动轴的下端连接有搅拌辊，所述搅拌辊位于料筒底部，所述转动轴的中部固定设有固定套，所述固定套上分别设有多个不同方位的搅拌爪，所述搅拌爪的端部设有位于料筒内不同深度的搅拌叶片。

3.根据权利要求1所述的塑胶生产用搅拌共混机，其特征在于：每个搅拌叶片与转动轴的角度不同。
