一种滤板进料孔反吹止回装置，该装置设置法兰盘，该法兰盘上面焊接两个轴耳，在法兰盘的凸台上面的中心孔设有阀盖，阀盖侧面焊接轴套，轴套连接销轴安装在轴耳里面，销轴设有平光垫和开口销连接轴耳，法兰盘两侧设有密封圈，该装置安装在反吹软管连接的第一块滤板进料孔设置的凹槽位置，该反吹止回装置压滤机进料时，反吹软管连接的第一块滤板进料孔安装的反吹止回装置处于关闭状态，进料压力越大止回装置的阀盖密封性越好，进料完成后，滤板进料孔反吹开始，该反吹止回装置处于打开状态，高速的气流从进料孔端反吹回料浆池，使滤饼保持最低含液率。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种滤板进料孔反吹装置。更详细地说，涉及一种板进料孔反吹止回装置。
背景技术
滤板是安装在压滤机上面的主要过滤元件，压滤机过滤通过进料泵的压力把物料注入滤板，经滤板的进料孔进入滤室，由滤室内的滤布截留物料中的颗粒形成滤饼，滤液由滤板的四角出液孔排出，由于滤板的进料孔含有料浆，压滤机滤板进料孔安装反吹装置，把滤板进料孔内的料浆反吹干净，使滤饼保持最低含液率，经过压滤机拉板器拉开滤板卸除滤饼，达到固液分离的目的。
但是滤板进料孔在现场反吹运行中发现有不足之处，在进料完成后滤板进料孔进行反吹时，滤板进料孔连接的反吹软管道连接的第一块滤板中心孔安装的单向阀，由于受进料压力的影响单向阀经常受物料堵塞，致使反吹单向阀不能自动关闭，造成物料泄露，滤板进料孔内的料浆不能反吹干净，从而使反吹效果受到影响。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述背景技术中存在的不足之处，而提供一种滤板进料孔反吹止回装置。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型提供一种滤板进料孔反吹止回装置，该装置设置法兰盘，该法兰盘上面焊接两个轴耳，在法兰盘的凸台上面的中心孔设有阀盖，阀盖侧面焊接轴套，轴套连接销轴安装在轴耳里面，销轴设有平光垫和开口销连接轴耳，法兰盘两侧设有密封圈，该法兰盘设有螺栓孔使用螺栓安装在滤板进料孔上面，该装置安装在反吹软管连接的第一块滤板进料孔设置的凹槽位置。
所述的法兰盘两侧设有密封圈，该密封圈制作使用的材料为丁晴橡胶。
由本实用新型的实施具有滤板进料孔内的料浆反吹干净效果，该反吹止回装置压滤机进料时，反吹软管连接的第一块滤板进料孔安装的反吹止回装置处于关闭状态，进料压力越大止回装置的阀盖密封性越好，进料完成后，滤板进料孔反吹开始，该反吹止回装置处于打开状态，高速的气流从进料孔端反吹回料浆池，该装置结构简单，安装方便，使滤饼保持最低含液率。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1和图2所示，本实用新型提供一种滤板进料孔反吹止回装置，该装置设置法兰盘1，制作法兰盘1使用的材料为不锈钢，也可以使用碳素结构钢，机械加工使用的设备为C6140-1型车床，该法兰盘1上面设有两个轴耳5，该轴耳5焊接在法兰盘1上面，在法兰盘1的凸台上面的中心孔8设有阀盖7，阀盖7使用的材料为不锈钢，阀盖7和轴套4经C6140-1型车床加工后焊接为一体，阀盖7设有轴套4连接销轴6安装在轴耳5内，销轴6设有平光垫和开口销3连接轴耳5，法兰盘1两侧设有密封圈9，制作密封圈9使用的材料为丁晴橡胶，该法兰盘1设有螺栓孔2使用螺栓安装在滤板进料孔上面，该装置安装在反吹软管连接的第一块滤板进料孔设置的凹槽位置。
该滤板进料孔反吹止回装置在压滤机进料时，反吹软管连接的第一块滤板进料孔安装的反吹止回装置处于关闭状态，进料压力越大止回装置的阀盖密封性越好，进料完成后，滤板进料孔连接的软管由进气压力反吹开始，该反吹止回装置处于打开状态，高速的气流从进料孔端反吹回料浆池，该装置结构简单，安装方便，该反吹止回装置使滤饼保持最低含液率。

1.一种滤板进料孔反吹止回装置，其特征在于：该装置设置法兰盘，该法兰盘上面焊接两个轴耳，在法兰盘的凸台上面的中心孔设有阀盖，阀盖侧面焊接轴套，轴套连接销轴安装在轴耳里面，销轴设有平光垫和开口销连接轴耳，法兰盘两侧设有密封圈，该法兰盘设有螺栓孔使用螺栓安装在滤板进料孔上面，该装置安装在反吹软管连接的第一块滤板进料孔设置的凹槽位置。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种滤板进料孔反吹止回装置，其特征在于：所述的法兰盘两侧设有密封圈，该密封圈制作使用的材料为丁晴橡胶。
