[0003]目前,在我国的燃气行业中,绝大多数的居民用户和用气量不大的公福及工业用户的燃气计量均采用膜式燃气表。膜式燃气表是根据燃气进出流量计的燃气体积来测定其流量的,其结算是以燃气的供气状态为依据的,而与气源单位的结算是以燃气的标准状态为依据的。气体的体积受温度、压力的双重影响,所以燃气体积的购气结算状态与供气状态的不同造成了燃气体积的计量误差。在膜式燃气表的温度压力补偿的方法主要分为人工式、机械式和电子式。带有内置机械式温度修正装置的膜式燃气表,相应的产品在国外已经普遍使用,在欧美等发达国家已经将其作为燃气表的标准配置,这种产品当前在国内也开始试用,国内外的产品标准已经对其生产和检测试验提出了具体要求。随着电子技术、信息技术的发展,膜式燃气表由纯机械式计量仪表逐渐进行扩展,加装了电子装置。然而目前的电子式膜式燃气表功耗大,温度压力补偿性能差。基于燃气表的计量问题,提出了一种高精度低功耗膜式燃气流量积算仪。
