[0022] 所述循环水洗组件包括循环水管5、循环水箱6、循环水泵8及针喷罩壳4,所述循环水管5通过所述循环水泵8与所述循环水箱6相连接,所述针喷罩壳4位于所述循环水箱6的顶部,且与所述循环水箱6相连接;其中,所述循环水管5上设有五个竖直部分,所述五个竖直部分上均平均分布有五个以上的针形喷头3,所述针形喷头3位于所述针喷罩壳4内,且与所述极板2之间的距离为45〜55毫米,所述针形喷头3的喷水的形状呈扇形,且喷水速度快、喷水面积覆盖均匀。所述排刷9安装在所述针喷罩壳4上,且在所述针形喷头3的后端。循环水箱6中的水通过循环水泵8送给循环水管5,并提供循环水管5内0.3Mpa左右的水压。
[0023] 所述循环水箱6内设有温控系统7。可实时监控和调节循环水箱6中的水温。
[0024] 所述电解锌电解后续工段阴极板针喷逆流清洗装置还包括溢流水管11及排污管15,所述溢流水管11的一端与所述循环水箱6的顶部相连通,另一端与所述排污管15相连通。
[0025] 所述循环水洗组件还包括耐酸过滤网格16,所述耐酸过滤网格16安装在所述循环水箱6的顶部,且位于所述溢流水管11的上方。
[0026] 所述清水水洗组件包括清水管10、清水泵13及进水管14,所述清水管10设在所述极板2的传输出口处,所述进水管14通过所述清水泵13与所述清水管10相连接,所述清水管10的一端上设有两个以上的均匀排布的针形喷头3,所述针形喷头3位于所述针喷罩壳4内,所述针形喷头3的喷水的形状呈扇形,且喷水速度快、喷水面积覆盖均匀。喷水面积完全覆盖极板2的沉积锌的面积,传送链I吊挂极板2传输时,清水管10上的开关自动感应打开,清水管10上的针形喷头3开始喷水,极板2传输出针喷罩壳4时,清水管10上的开关自动关闭,喷头停止喷水。

[0029] 循环水泵8启动运行,循环水管5、循环水箱6内的循环水在循环水泵8的作用下,进入循环水管5,然后从安装在循环水管5的水平部分上的两个以上的均匀分布的针形喷头3喷出,呈扇形状。传送链I吊挂极板2传输运动,当极板2进入针喷罩壳4后,针形喷头3喷出的循环水喷到极板2上,随着极板2的运动,极板2整个幅面都被循环水喷淋到,循环水喷淋到极板2后,顺着极板2流下,带着极板2上锌板表面的酸等杂物流入循环水箱
6。极板2继续运动,当极板2运动到一定位置时,清水管10上的开关自动感应打开,清水管10上的针形喷头3开始喷水,对极板2上锌板表面的酸等杂物进行第二次清洗,从而实现了逆流清洗,极板2传输出针喷罩壳4时,清水管10上的开关自动关闭,喷头停止喷水。在清水管10上的针形喷头3的后端有排刷9,在极板2的运动过程中,排刷9将极板2上的锌板表面的水刷干净。
[0030] 清水是由清水泵13从进水管14抽出输送至清水管10,在清水管10上接上补水管12对循环水箱6进行补水,循环水箱6上部接有溢流管11,将过脏的溢流出来循环水接入排污管15排走。
[0031] 循环水箱6内设有温控系统7,对循环水箱6内的循环进行加热,以确保循环水温度在80°C〜90°C之内。

1.一种电解锌电解后续工段阴极板针喷逆流清洗装置,其特征在于:包括传送链、极板、循环水洗组件、清水水洗组件及排刷,所述极板与所述传送链相连接,所述循环水洗组件与所述清水水洗组件相连接,所述排刷安装在所述循环水洗组件上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电解锌电解后续工段阴极板针喷逆流清洗装置,其特征在于:所述循环水洗组件包括循环水管、循环水箱、循环水泵及针喷罩壳,所述循环水管通过所述循环水泵与所述循环水箱相连接,所述针喷罩壳位于所述循环水箱的顶部,且与所述循环水箱相连接;其中,所述循环水管上设有五个竖直部分,所述五个竖直部分上均平均分布安装有五个以上的针形喷头,所述针形喷头位于所述针喷罩壳内,且与所述极板之间的距离为45〜55毫米,所述排刷安装在所述针喷罩壳上,且在所述针形喷头的后端。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电解锌电解后续工段阴极板针喷逆流清洗装置,其特征在于:所述循环水箱内设有温控系统。
4.根据权利要求2所述的电解锌电解后续工段阴极板针喷逆流清洗装置,其特征在于:所述电解锌电解后续工段阴极板针喷逆流清洗装置还包括溢流水管及排污管,所述溢流水管的一端与所述循环水箱的顶部相连通,另一端与所述排污管相连通。
5.根据权利要求4所述的电解锌电解后续工段阴极板针喷逆流清洗装置,其特征在于:所述循环水洗组件还包括耐酸过滤网格,所述耐酸过滤网格安装在所述循环水箱的顶部,且位于所述溢流水管的上方。
6.根据权利要求2至5任一项所述的电解锌电解后续工段阴极板针喷逆流清洗装置,其特征在于:所述清水水洗组件包括清水管、清水泵及进水管,所述清水管设在所述极板的传输出口处,所述进水管通过所述清水泵与所述清水管相连接,所述清水管的一端上设有两个以上的均匀排布的针形喷头,所述针形喷头位于所述针喷罩壳内。
7.根据权利要求6所述的电解锌电解后续工段阴极板针喷逆流清洗装置,其特征在于:所述电解锌电解后续工段阴极板针喷逆流清洗装置还包括补水管,所述补水管的一端与所述循环水箱相连通,另一端与所述清水泵相连通。
