本实用新型涉及蒸馏领域,具体是一种新戊二醇精馏多温度分离装置。 
背景技术
目前新戊二醇残液精馏生产中,利用新戊二醇殘液中新戊二醇的沸点低于其他组分,通过加热到新戊二醇殘液至新戊二醇沸点以上,使新戊二醇转变为气体从殘液中蒸发出来。蒸馏后废液集聚与蒸馏塔底部。蒸馏后废液含有季先科脂,再进行季先科脂的蒸馏提纯加工。由于新戊二醇蒸馏塔单纯分离提纯新戊二醇不能充分发挥设备通用性,新戊二醇残液再蒸馏需再加热,能耗大。 
发明内容
为了克服现有技术缺陷,本新型提供一种新戊二醇精馏多温度分离装置。 
实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种新戊二醇精馏多温度分离装置,该装置包括蒸馏塔、进料管、低温出料管、高温出料管、回收管、泵、高温阀门、低温阀门。进料管与蒸馏塔连接;高温出料管与蒸馏塔连接;低温出料管与蒸馏塔连接;回收管与蒸馏塔连接;泵与回收管连接;回收管与进料管连接;低温出料管与低温阀门连接;高温出料管与高温阀门连接。加热后新戊二醇原料由进料管进入蒸馏塔,新戊二醇原料加热到新戊二醇沸点时,打开低温阀门,收集溢出的新戊二醇,蒸馏新戊二醇后的废液集聚在塔底,由收集管溢出,经泵打回进料管,循环蒸馏新戊二醇。加热后新戊二醇原料由进料管进入蒸馏塔,新戊二醇原料加热到季先科脂沸点时,打开高温阀门,收集溢出的季先科脂,蒸馏季先科脂后的废液集聚在塔底,由收集管溢出,经泵打回进料管,循环蒸馏季先科脂。

具体实施方式
     如图所示,进料管与蒸馏塔连接;高温出料管与蒸馏塔连接;低温出料管与蒸馏塔连接;回收管与蒸馏塔连接;泵与回收管连接;回收管与进料管连接;低温出料管与低温阀门连接;高温出料管与高温阀门连接。加热后原料由进料管进入蒸馏塔,原料加热到新戊二醇沸点时,打开低温阀门,收集溢出的新戊二醇,蒸馏新戊二醇后的废液集聚在塔底,由收集管溢出,经泵打回进料管,循环蒸馏新戊二醇。加热后原料由进料管进入蒸馏塔,原料加热到季先科脂沸点时,打开高温阀门,收集溢出的季先科脂,蒸馏季先科脂后的废液集聚在塔底,由收集管溢出,经泵打回进料管,循环蒸馏季先科脂。
