背景技术
传统拉丝机仅靠固定螺栓来实现气缸的固定。由于使用过程中，气缸动作频繁，且工作气压达0.6Mpa，所以拉丝机在正常使用过程中经常会出现螺栓松动、气缸移位的故障，从而导致拉丝机无法正常运行，进而降低生产效率，影响产品质量。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：提供一种结构简单、使用方便的气缸定位装置。
本实用新型为解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是，拉丝机气缸定位器，包括气缸，推丝杆的一端设置固定块，固定螺栓将推丝杆、固定块和气缸底座固定在一起。
固定螺栓为四个，矩形排列。定住四个角落提升固定效果。
本实用新型所具有的有益效果是：利用结构简单的定位器解决了拉丝机使用过程中气缸固定螺栓经常松动的问题，延长了拉丝机使用寿命，提高了产品质量。与传统气缸相比，本实用新型中的固定螺栓只起到连接作用，大大减少了气缸对固定螺栓的直接冲击，解决了固定螺栓容易松动的问题，延长了拉丝机的使用寿命。提高了生产效率和产品质量。

如图1所示，本实用新型所述拉丝机气缸定位器，包括气缸5，气缸定位器2将气缸底座1与固定块3连接在一起，进一步与推丝杆4相连。
传统拉丝机气缸底座与固定块直接通过固定螺栓连接。在拉丝生产作业中，当一个机头满桶后会自动换筒，换筒过程中气缸带动气缸底座不断来回移动推丝杆，由于该过程中气缸动作频繁，且工作压力较大（达0.6Mpa），因此导致气缸固定螺栓经常出现松动等故障。
本实用新型所述的气缸定位器是将固定块与气缸底座连接在一起，固定螺栓只起到连接的作用，减少了气缸对固定螺栓的直接冲击，从而解决了气缸固定螺栓经常松动的问题，实际固定效果良好，延长了拉丝机使用寿命，提高了生产效率和产品质量。

1.一种拉丝机气缸定位器，其特征在于：包括气缸（5），推丝杆的一端设置固定块（3），固定螺栓（2）将推丝杆（4）、固定块（3）和气缸底座（1）固定在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的拉丝机气缸定位器，其特征是，所述的固定螺栓（2）为四个，矩形排列。
