[0031] 由于连接主动轮8和从动轮2之间的环形带4采用的是帆布平带,机构长时间的运转,帆布平带会产生磨损,进而会产生毛线头等细屑,然而太阳能电池片的生产需要严格清洁的环境,这些细屑必然会对生产环境造成影响,所以在左侧板5和右侧板12上分别设置有左外罩3和右外罩13,阻挡细屑对生产环境造成影响,同时也防止外部的杂物进入主动轮8和从动轮2的工作区域,对主动轮8和从动轮2的转动造成影响。同样的目的,在电机驱动轴9上设置驱动轴护罩18,避免运动部件产生的粉尘污染物向外界扩散,污染洁净的厂房,同时也保护了工作人员的安全和防止电机驱动轴9受外界干扰。另外左外罩3和右外罩13的顶部设置有导向条1,在料架25转移时,防止料架25偏移;环形带4下方安装了起支撑作用的支撑盖板10,导向条I的侧面开有狭缝,支撑盖板10的两侧嵌入导向条I的狭缝中,从而提高了支撑盖板10的刚性,增强了支撑盖板10的承重能力。[0032] 如图5所示,本实用新型传输换线机构在将料架25从高位传输机26转移至低位传输机27的工作过程为:两条相互垂直传输的传输机设置IOmm的高度差,初始状态下,升降气缸24处于伸出状态,此时气缸顶板11上传输带的带面高度与高位传输机26的保持一致;料架25传输开始时高位传输机26与传输单元的传输带同时同速转动,料架25跨越低位传输机27从高位传输机26传输至本实用新型传输换线机构的顶部,当料架25接触到低位传输机27上的挡块28后即传输到位;传输到位后,低位传输机27停止运行,升降气缸24缩回,支撑盖板10和传输带上的料架25随着一起下降,从而将料架25落于低位传输机27的传输带上,升降气缸24行程为20mm,从而保证了升降气缸24完全缩回时料架25已脱离本实用新型传输换线机构而落在低位传输机27的传输带上;料架25平稳落于低位传输机27后,低位传输机27开始运行,将料架25按既定方向传输,当料架25完全离开本实用新型传输换线机构的上方时,升降气缸24伸出,本实用新型传输换线机构上升复位。另外,料架往回传输的过程动作正好相反。
[0033] 综上所述,本实用新型提供的90度传输换线机构通过在框架结构中设置升降气缸24实现框架结构在不同高度传输机相交处的升降,通过在所述下支撑板16的下方设置减速电机和电机驱动轴9,驱动设置在左侧板5和右侧板12上的主动轮8和从动轮2转动,进而高出气缸顶板11水平面上的环形带4可以使料架25在较高的传输机和较低的传输机之间转移,从而实现了料架25在不同传输机之间传输转移的自动化,提高了生产效率;通过在轴承座7的底部螺纹连接张紧螺柱19,张紧螺柱19的下端穿过侧板底端折弯处的圆孔与一张紧螺母20连接,可以实现环形带4的张紧;电机驱动轴9与减速器和主动轮8为平键连接,平键的长度和电机驱动轴9的轴长相同,这样,可以方便电机的更换;通过在左侧板5、右侧板12上设置左外罩3和右外罩13,在电机驱动轴9上设置驱动轴护罩18,可以防止细屑粉尘污染物向外界扩散,污染洁净的厂房环境,同时可以防止外界杂物进入运动部件中,干扰这些运动部件工作且可以提高工作人员工作的安全性。

1.一种90度传输换线机构,其特征在于:其包括框架结构、升降气缸(24)、减速电机、主动轮(8)、从动轮(2)及传输带;所述框架结构包括依次连接的左侧板(5)、下支撑板(16 )、右侧板(12 )和气缸顶板(11),所述左侧板(5 )和所述右侧板(12 )的下部伸出下支撑板(16);所述升降气缸(24)设置在所述气缸顶板(11)的下方,所述升降气缸(24)的缸体部分固定连接在传输机上,所述升降气缸(24)的活塞杆部分与所述气缸顶板(11)连接;所述减速电机设置在所述下支撑板(16)的下方,设置在所述减速电机的减速器上的电机驱动轴(9)的两端分别与设置在左侧板(5)和右侧板(12)外侧的所述主动轮(8)连接;所述左侧板(5)和所述右侧板(12)的上端外侧分别设置至少两个处于同一水平高度的所述从动轮(2),所述主动轮(8)和所述从动轮(2)通过传输带连接,两个所述从动轮(2)之间连接的传输带高出气缸顶板(11)的水平面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的90度传输换线机构,其特征在于:所述主动轮(8)通过轴承和轴承座(7)安装在所述左侧板(5)和所述右侧板(12)上,所述左侧板(5)和所述右侧板(12)的底端向一侧折弯,所述轴承座(7)的底部螺纹连接有张紧螺柱(19),所述张紧螺柱(19)的下端穿过所述左侧板(5)或所述右侧板(12)底端的折弯处的圆孔且与一张紧螺母(20)连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的90度传输换线机构,其特征在于:所述电机驱动轴(9)与所述减速器和所述主动轮(8)为平键连接,所述平键的长度和所述电机驱动轴(9)的轴长相同。
4.根据权利要求1所述的90度传输换线机构,其特征在于:所述主动轮(8)和所述从动轮(2)之间设置有惰轮(6)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的90度传输换线机构,其特征在于:所述升降气缸(24)的缸体部分通过气缸底板(14)固定连接在传输机上,所述气缸底板(14)上安装有速度控制阀(23)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的90度传输换线机构,其特征在于:所述气缸底板(14)的下方设置有气缸防护板(15)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的90度传输换线机构,其特征在于:所述下支撑板(16)的下方固定连接有电机挡罩(17),所述减速电机的减速器的侧面设置有螺钉,所述螺钉卡在电机挡罩(17)侧面的长孔中。
8.根据权利要求1所述的90度传输换线机构,其特征在于:所述左侧板(5)和所述右侧板(12)上分别设置有左外罩(3)和右外罩(13),所述左外罩(3)和右外罩(13)的顶部设置有导向条(I)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的90度传输换线机构,其特征在于:两个所述从动轮(2)之间连接的传输带的下方设置有支撑盖板(10)以减少传输带的承重。
10.根据权利要求1所述的90度传输换线机构,其特征在于:所述电机驱动轴(9)的外侧还设置有驱动轴护罩(18 )。
