本实用新型公开了一种滚动式防磨封轮，它是在滚轮的里侧设有滚针轴承，滚针轴承内装有滚轮轴，滚轮轴的上端设有封边头，封边头的上端制有连接螺栓，下端设有封边压板，滚轮轴与封边头，封边压板及连接螺栓制为一体，滚轮的上端装有平面轴承，滚轮的下端设有限位圈，限位圈内装有定位垫，定位垫的底端设有托盘，托盘由螺栓紧固在滚轮轴上，本实用新型在滚轮的上端安装一个平面轴承，使封边压板与滚轮的直接磨损变为滚动运行，彻底解决了封轮的磨损问题。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种封口机械，确切的说是一种铁制酒类盒罐包装的封口轮。
背景技术
目前，现有设备中使用的铁制酒盒封口轮，由于滚轮的上平面与压板的下平面直接相接，工作时滚轮在底部托盘及工件的顶压和滚轮的旋转下，封边压板的下平面磨损较为严重，需经常停机更换或维修，不仅影响生产，费工误时，而且还造成极大的浪费。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是克服上述缺陷，提供一种滚动式防磨封轮，以解决传统滚轮对压板的磨损，延长封轮的使用寿命。
本实用新型的方案是由滚轮、滚轮轴、封边压板及平面轴承组成，其结构特点是在滚轮的里侧设有滚针轴承，滚针轴承内装有滚轮轴，滚轮轴的上端设有封边头，封边头的上端制有连接螺栓，下端设有封边压板，滚轮轴与封边头，封边压板及连接螺栓制为一体，滚轮的上端装有平面轴承，滚轮的下端设有限位圈，限位圈内装有定位垫，定位垫的底端设有托盘，滚轮轴的底端设有内螺纹，托盘的中部设有螺孔，托盘由螺栓紧固在滚轮轴上，轴承的上端设有注油孔。
本实用新型在滚轮的上端安装一个平面轴承，使封边压板与滚轮的直接磨损变为滚动运行，同时滚轮下端的限位圈、定位垫及托盘，由螺栓固定安装在滚轮轴的底端，在滚轮轴的支撑下滚轮向上的压力不发生偏移，纠正了对封边压板的侧压力，彻底解决了封轮的磨损问题。
本实用新型结构简单，设计合理，加工生产成本低，使用安全效果好。

图1中示出的滚轮2的里侧设有滚针轴承3，滚针轴承内装有滚轮轴8，滚轮轴的上端设有封边头7，封边头的上端设有连接螺栓6，下端设有封边压板9，滚轮轴与封边头、封边压板及连接螺栓制为一体，滚轮的上端装有平面轴承4，滚轮的下端设有限位圈12，限位圈内装有定位垫11，定位垫的底端设有托盘1，滚轮轴的底端设有内螺纹，托盘的中部设有螺孔，托盘由螺栓10紧固在滚轮轴上，轴承的上端设有注油孔5。

1.一种滚动式防磨封轮，由滚轮、滚轮轴、封边压板及平面轴承组成，其特征在于：所述滚轮（2）的里侧设有滚针轴承（3），滚针轴承内装有滚轮轴（8），滚轮轴的上端设有封边头（7），封边头的上端设有连接螺栓（6），下端设有封边压板（9），滚轮轴与封边头、封边压板及连接螺栓制为一体，滚轮的上端装有平面轴承（4），滚轮的下端设有限位圈（12），限位圈内装有定位垫（11），定位垫的底端设有托盘（1）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滚动式防磨封轮，其特征在于：所述滚轮轴的底端设有内螺纹，托盘的中部设有螺孔，托盘由螺栓（10）紧固在滚轮轴上，轴承的上端设有注油孔（5）。
