Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种柱塞泵动力端润滑油箱及润滑系统，属于油田作业设备领域。柱塞泵动力端润滑油箱包括箱体，箱体内部通过隔板分为两个油室，所述油室的顶部设有空气滤芯，所述油室上设有吸油口及回油口，所述吸油口处还设有吸油过滤器，所述油室底部设有排污管汇；润滑系统包括两组由润滑齿轮泵安装总成、溢流过滤阀安装总成、柱塞泵及每个所述油室通过管路依次连接形成的动力端润滑系统，所述溢流过滤阀安装总成的入口和柱塞泵的出口之间还设有溢流管路。本实用新型润滑油箱中两个油室都具有独立的提供润滑油的能力，相互互不干扰，保证井场作业的持续进行。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种柱塞泵动力端润滑油箱及润滑系统，属于油田作业设备技术领域。
背景技术
目前，油田作业通常会采用结构类似SPM TWS600S、OFM600S等柱塞泵的双泵固压类设备，即两台柱塞泵同时使用一个润滑油箱，在作业过程中，若一个柱塞泵柱塞盘根密封组件损坏，存在液力端泵送的液体沿柱塞进入动力端，随动力端润滑油一起返回动力端润滑油箱而污染润滑油的隐患，而使用的润滑油箱是整体连通式，当其中任一台柱塞泵动力端润滑油被污染，或者油箱的一侧发生渗漏时，必须停止两台柱塞泵来进行维修，不能保证井场连续作业。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对现有技术存在的不足，提供一种结构简单，使用方便，空间利用率高的柱塞泵动力端润滑油箱及润滑系统，其不但实现了对每台独立的柱塞泵动力端提供有效的润滑，而且解决了现有一台柱塞泵被污染或油箱一侧渗漏，导致井场不能连续作业的问题。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下：一种柱塞泵动力端润滑油箱，包括箱体，其特征在于，所述箱体内部通过隔板分为两个油室，所述油室的顶部设有空气滤芯，所述油室的两侧分别设有吸油口及回油口，所述吸油口处还设有吸油过滤器，所述油室的底部设有排污管汇。
进一步的，所述箱体的一侧还设有液位计。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是，方便观察油室内润滑油的余量，便于及时增加润滑油。
本实用新型的有益效果是：在现有动力端润滑油箱内部加装隔板，将润滑油箱分隔为两个油室，并为每个油室设计独立的吸油口、回油口、空气滤芯、排污管汇及液位计，充分利用现有润滑油箱的空间，实现每个油室具有独立的提供润滑油的能力，互不干扰，若一个油室出现损坏，不会影响另一个油室工作，保证持续不断的润滑油供应，从而保证井场作业的持续进行。
一种柱塞泵动力端润滑系统，包括第一柱塞泵、第二柱塞泵、第一润滑齿轮泵安装总成、第二润滑齿轮泵安装总成、第一溢流过滤阀安装总成及第二溢流过滤阀安装总成，其特征在于，还包括上述的柱塞泵动力端润滑油箱，所述柱塞泵动力端润滑油箱的一个油室、第一润滑齿轮泵安装总成、第一溢流过滤阀安装总成、第一柱塞泵通过管路依次连接构成第一动力端润滑系统；所述柱塞泵动力端润滑油箱的另一个油室、第二润滑齿轮泵安装总成、第二溢流过滤阀安装总成、第二柱塞泵通过管路依次连接构成第二动力端润滑系统。
进一步的，还包括连接在所述第一溢流过滤阀安装总成的入口和第一柱塞泵的出口之间的第一溢流管路，以及连接在所述第二溢流过滤阀安装总成的入口和第二柱塞泵的出口之间的第二溢流管路。
本实用新型的有益效果是：该第一、第二动力端润滑系统从润滑油箱的两个油室分别吸油开始，通过独立的吸油管路，分别对第一、第二柱塞泵的动力端及齿轮泵进行润滑，完成润滑的油连同溢流管路的油经独立的回油管路回到分别回到各自的油室内。在整个作业过程中，尽管采用的还是现有润滑油箱的空间，但是其两个油室的设计，保证了第一、第二柱塞泵的吸油及回油过程均可独立运作，若其中一个油室泄露或第一、第二动力端润滑系统中若其中一个润滑油污染等异常状况发生时，柱塞泵动力端润滑系统之间不会产生交互影响，保证井场作业连续性。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型的原理和特征进行描述，所举实例只用于解释本实用新型，并非用于限定本实用新型的范围。
如图1～图3所示，一种柱塞泵动力端润滑油箱，包括箱体1，所述箱体1内部通过隔板分为两个油室2，所述油室2的顶部设有空气滤芯7，所述油室2的两侧分别设有吸油口及回油口3，所述吸油口处还设有吸油过滤器6，所述油室2的底部设有排污管汇5。
所述箱体1的一侧设有液位计4。
如图2所示，一种柱塞泵动力端润滑系统，包括第一柱塞泵9、第二柱塞泵10、第一润滑齿轮泵安装总成13、第二润滑齿轮泵安装总成14、第一溢流过滤阀安装总成11及第二溢流过滤阀安装总成12，还包括上述的柱塞泵动力端润滑油箱，所述柱塞泵动力端润滑油箱的一个油室2、第一润滑齿轮泵安装总成13、第一溢流过滤阀安装总成11、第一柱塞泵9通过管路依次连接构成第一动力端润滑系统；所述柱塞泵动力端润滑油箱的另一个油室2、第二润滑齿轮泵安装总成14、第二溢流过滤阀安装总成12、第二柱塞泵10通过管路依次连接构成第二动力端润滑系统。
还包括连接在所述第一溢流过滤阀安装总成11的入口和第一柱塞泵9的出口之间的第一溢流管路15，以及连接在所述第二溢流过滤阀安装总成12的入口和第二柱塞泵10的出口之间的第二溢流管路16。
以上所述仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例，并不用以限制本实用新型，凡在本实用新型的精神和原则之内，所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等，均应包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。
Claims (4)
1.一种柱塞泵动力端润滑油箱，包括箱体，其特征在于，所述箱体内部通过隔板分为两个油室，所述油室的顶部设有空气滤芯，所述油室的两侧分别设有吸油口及回油口，所述吸油口处还设有吸油过滤器，所述油室的底部设有排污管汇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柱塞泵动力端润滑油箱，其特征在于，所述箱体的一侧还设有液位计。
3.一种柱塞泵动力端润滑系统，包括第一柱塞泵、第二柱塞泵、第一润滑齿轮泵安装总成、第二润滑齿轮泵安装总成、第一溢流过滤阀安装总成及第二溢流过滤阀安装总成，其特征在于，还包括如权利要求1或2所述的柱塞泵动力端润滑油箱，所述柱塞泵动力端润滑油箱的一个油室、第一润滑齿轮泵安装总成、第一溢流过滤阀安装总成、第一柱塞泵通过管路依次连接构成第一动力端润滑系统；所述柱塞泵动力端润滑油箱的另一个油室、第二润滑齿轮泵安装总成、第二溢流过滤阀安装总成、第二柱塞泵通过管路依次连接构成第二动力端润滑系统。
4.根据权利要求3所述的柱塞泵动力端润滑系统，其特征在于，还包括连接在所述第一溢流过滤阀安装总成的入口和第一柱塞泵的出口之间的第一溢流管路，以及连接在所述第二溢流过滤阀安装总成的入口和第二柱塞泵的出口之间的第二溢流管路。
