本实用新型的捏炼机，包括加热冷却系统、翻转装置、底座、混炼室装置、机架、压料装置、料斗、限位支撑座、支撑座、减速机、皮带传动装置、电机座、电机；其中：所述支撑座与限位支撑座固定在底座上，混炼室装置固定在限位支撑座上，所述料斗固定在混炼室装置后侧，所述压料装置固定在料斗上侧，所述机架与翻转装置固定相连，所述混炼室装置左侧依次连接翻转装置和加热冷却系统，所述混炼室装置右侧依次减速机和皮带传动装置，所述电机座与底座固定相连，所述电机固定在电机座上侧。
所述混炼室装置一侧装有电气操作箱，电气操作箱与一个电气控制柜相连，电气控制柜的摆放位置由用户现场定。
所述捏炼机与一个液压站相连，液压站内有液压控制系统。
所述混炼室装置的密封结构采用机油泵注油式。
所述压料装置采用液压上顶栓，通过油缸控制压料装顶。
安装简便，便于维修，传动性能稳定，效率高，且过载时具有安全保护作用。

如图1、图2和图3所示，本实用新型捏炼机包括加热冷却系统1、翻转装置2、底座3、混炼室装置4、机架5、压料装置6、料斗7、限位支撑座8、支撑座9、减速机10、皮带传动装置11、电机座12、电机13；其中：所述支撑座9与限位支撑座8固定在底座3上，混炼室装置4固定在限位支撑座8上，所述料斗7固定在混炼室装置4后侧，所述压料装置6固定在料斗7上侧，所述机架5与翻转装置2固定相连，所述混炼室装置4左侧依次连接翻转装置2和加热冷却系统1，所述混炼室装置4右侧依次减速机10和皮带传动装置11，所述电机座12与底座3固定相连，所述电机13固定在电机座12上侧。
所述混炼室装置4一侧装有电气操作箱14，电气操作箱14与一个电气控制柜相连，电气控制柜的摆放位置由用户现场定。
所述捏炼机与一个液压站相连，液压站内有液压控制系统。
所述混炼室装置4的密封结构采用机油泵注油式。
所述压料装置6采用液压上顶栓，通过油缸控制压料装顶。

1.捏炼机，其特征在于：包括加热冷却系统（1）、翻转装置（2）、底座（3）、混炼室装置（4）、机架（5）、压料装置（6）、料斗（7）、限位支撑座（8）、支撑座（9）、减速机（10）、皮带传动装置（11）、电机座（12）、电机（13）；其中：所述支撑座（9）与限位支撑座（8）固定在底座（3）上，混炼室装置（4）固定在限位支撑座（8）上，所述料斗（7）固定在混炼室装置（4）后侧，所述压料装置（6）固定在料斗（7）上侧，所述机架（5）与翻转装置（2）固定相连，所述混炼室装置（4）左侧依次连接翻转装置（2）和加热冷却系统（1），所述混炼室装置（4）右侧依次减速机（10）和皮带传动装置（11），所述电机座（12）与底座（3）固定相连，所述电机（13）固定在电机座（12）上侧。
