Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种高散热型LED吊顶灯,包括环形安装座体,在所述环形安装座体的外侧呈环状分布有一圈散热片,在所述环形安装座体的下端设有密封环形罩,以所述所述密封环形罩的中心轴线为中心、在密封环形罩的边缘设有多个贯穿槽,且所述散热片嵌入于贯穿槽内并伸出于贯穿槽外部,且所述密封环形罩的中心设有凸起圆筒,在所述凸起圆筒的外侧设有若干道环形散热片,且在所述凸起圆筒和环形安装座体的中心分别设有LED芯片和驱动器。本实用新型结构简单,采用双重设置的散热片,能够最大限度的在有限的空间内尽可能的提高其散热性能,以提高其功率的上限。

技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型涉及一种LED灯具,尤其是涉及一种高散热型LED吊顶灯。
背景技术
[0002] 在公知的技术领域,LED (Light Emitting Diode),发光二极管,是一种能够将电能转化为可见光的固态的半导体器件,它可以直接把电转化为光。LED的心脏是一个半导体的晶片,晶片的一端附在一个支架上,一端是负极,另一端连接电源的正极,使整个晶片被环氧树脂封装起来。半导体晶片由两部分组成,一部分是P型半导体,在它里面空穴占主导地位,另一端是N型半导体,在这边主要是电子。但这两种半导体连接起来的时候,它们之间就形成一个P-N结。当电流通过导线作用于这个晶片的时候,电子就会被推向P区,在P区里电子跟空穴复合,然后就会以光子的形式发出能量,这就是LED灯发光的原理。而光的波长也就是光的颜色,是由形成P-N结的材料决定的。因其高亮度、频闪低、节能等优点,使得其应用十分广泛。
[0003] 在日常的生活中,LED吊顶灯是常见的一种灯具,由于其散热的表面积有限,一般会部分密封在墙顶内,所以其散热性能是需要考虑的。
实用新型内容
[0004] 本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种高散热型LED吊顶灯,以提高吊顶灯的散热性能。
[0005] 为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是:一种高散热型LED吊顶灯,包括环形安装座体,在所述环形安装座体的外侧呈环状分布有一圈散热片,在所述环形安装座体的下端设有密封环形罩,以所述所述密封环形罩的中心轴线为中心、在密封环形罩的边缘设有多个贯穿槽,且所述散热片嵌入于贯穿槽内并伸出于贯穿槽外部,且所述密封环形罩的中心设有凸起圆筒,在所述凸起圆筒的外侧设有若干道环形散热片,且在所述凸起圆筒和环形安装座体的中心分别设有LED芯片和驱动器。
[0006] 进一步的,作为一种具体的实施方式,本实用新型在所述环形安装座体的中心设有环形限位圈,且所述散热片位于环形限位圈的外侧。
[0007] 进一步的,作为一种具体的实施方式,本实用新型中所述凸起圆筒的底部具有透明PC垫片。
[0008] 采用了上述技术方案,本实用新型的有益效果为:本实用新型结构简单,采用双重设置的散热片,能够最大限度的在有限的空间内尽可能的提高其散热性能,以提高其功率的上限。

[0012] 如图1所示高散热型LED吊顶灯,包括环形安装座体1,在所述环形安装座体I的外侧呈环状分布有一圈散热片2,在所述环形安装座体I的下端设有密封环形罩3,以所述所述密封环形罩3的中心轴线为中心、在密封环形罩3的边缘设有多个贯穿槽31,且所述散热片2嵌入于贯穿槽31内并伸出于贯穿槽31外部,且所述密封环形罩3的中心设有凸起圆筒32,在所述凸起圆筒32的外侧设有若干道环形散热片33,且在所述凸起圆筒32和环形安装座体I的中心分别设有LED芯片和驱动器。
[0013] 在所述环形安装座体I的中心设有环形限位圈11,且所述散热片2位于环形限位圈11的外侧。
[0014] 所述凸起圆筒32的底部具有透明PC垫片34。
[0015] 本实用新型结构简单,采用双重设置的散热片,能够最大限度的在有限的空间内尽可能的提闻其散热性能,以提闻其功率的上限。
[0016] 本实用新型不局限于上述具体的实施方式,本领域的普通技术人员从上述构思出发,不经过创造性的劳动,所作出的种种变换,均落在本实用新型的保护范围之内。
Claims (3)
1.一种高散热型LED吊顶灯,包括环形安装座体(I),其特征在于:在所述环形安装座体(I)的外侧呈环状分布有一圈散热片(2),在所述环形安装座体(I)的下端设有密封环形罩(3),以所述所述密封环形罩(3)的中心轴线为中心、在密封环形罩(3)的边缘设有多个贯穿槽(31),且所述散热片(2)嵌入于贯穿槽(31)内并伸出于贯穿槽(31)外部,且所述密封环形罩(3)的中心设有凸起圆筒(32),在所述凸起圆筒(32)的外侧设有若干道环形散热片(33),且在所述凸起圆筒(32)和环形安装座体(I)的中心分别设有LED芯片和驱动器。
2.如权利要求1所述高散热型LED吊顶灯,其特征在于:在所述环形安装座体(I)的中心设有环形限位圈(11),且所述散热片(2)位于环形限位圈(11)的外侧。
3.如权利要求1所述高散热型LED吊顶灯,其特征在于:所述凸起圆筒(32)的底部具有透明PC垫片(34)。
