本实用新型公开了一种地下敷设电缆放线滑车，本实用新型的目的是提供一种能减轻劳动强度、防止护管磨损的地下敷设电缆放线滑车。本实用新型的技术方案是以如下方式完成的，地下敷设电缆放线滑车，它包括有一块半圆管槽板，在半圆管槽板的一端两侧壁上分别焊接有一块向外呈弧形突出的连接板，在两块连接板中部之间安装有一根固定轴，在固定轴上用轴承安装有一个放线滑轮，在固定轴的两端分别设有一个U形卡环。本实用新型在使用时只要将牵引的电缆线沿着滑轮和放线槽经过即可具有携带、安装、使用方便，有效防止护管的磨损，减轻劳动强度。

    本实用新型是一种用于地下电缆管沟内敷设电缆时使用的防止磨损护管的放线滑车。
背景技术：
目前，在地下电缆管沟内敷设电缆时，都没有专用的放线滑车，为了防止在牵引电缆时将塑料电缆护管磨损，有的在电缆与护管之间接口处采用橡胶皮垫进行保护，因放线时产生的摩擦力较大，垫子只能一次性使用，还是容易磨损护管，而且劳动强度大。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能减轻劳动强度、防止护管磨损的地下敷设电缆放线滑车。
本实用新型的技术方案是以如下方式完成的，地下敷设电缆放线滑车，它包括有一块半圆管槽板，其特征在于：在半圆管槽板的一端两侧壁上分别焊接有一块向外呈弧形突出的连接板，在两块连接板中部之间安装有一根固定轴，在固定轴上用轴承安装有一个放线滑轮，在固定轴的两端分别设有一个U形卡环。
本实用新型在使用时只要将牵引的电缆线沿着滑轮和放线槽经过即可具有携带、安装、使用方便，有效防止护管的磨损，减轻劳动强度。

结合附图详细描述实施例，本实用新型是在一个金属半圆管槽板1的一端两侧壁上分别焊接有块向外呈弧形突出的连接板2，在两块连接板中部之间安装有一根固定轴5，在固定轴上用轴承安装有一个放线滑轮3，在固定轴5的两端分别设有一个U形卡环4。上述槽板的长度为1-1.2米，内径为12cm。用于地下敷设电缆时，将其放置在敷设电缆上部，先将滑车卡在需要通过的塑料护管外，然后将槽板沿电缆推入护管，滑轮留在护管外端，电缆移动时滑轮随着滚动、使摩擦力大大减小，有效保护护管不受损坏。并具有安装使用方便，减轻劳动强度，适用于所有型号的电缆穿越地下电缆管沟的施工使用。
