背景技术
在铸造生产线上，皮带冷却段存在皮带内侧带砂现象，对皮带冷却段两端滚动轴磨损严重，影响了设备的运行精度，甚至频繁出现故障，直接影响整个生产线的正常生产，如果直接用一些板块在皮带上进行刮砂处理，虽然可以起到一定的去砂作用，但刮板底部带动砂子在皮带上摩擦容易磨损皮带，大大减少皮带使用寿命。
