本实用新型涉及一种开水箱热胆加热系统集成模块,主要用于开水箱加热。
背景技术
目前,在很多公共场所(例如医院、办公大楼等)都有免费的开水提供,用于加热开水的设备为开水箱。开水箱内安装热胆,热胆上安有热胆进水管和温度探头,传统技术热胆加热是先由电加热丝加热,热量传导给水,水加热后,水中的热量再传导给热胆壁,热胆壁再传导给突跳温控器,由突跳温控器控制电加热丝加热,其缺点是:一、温度探头、电加热丝、突跳温控器和热胆进水管等零部件各自安装在开水箱中,造成开水箱内部构造复杂,各部件装配繁琐;二、热胆内的热量传导过程速度慢,效率低,温控器无法直接接收热胆内热量,电加热丝过多加热,浪费热量。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种将开水箱热胆内各部件集成装配,结构简单,安装方便,提高热量传导效率的开水箱热胆加热系统集成模块。
本实用新型开水箱热胆加热系统集成模块的技术方案是:其特征在于包括一块固定板,固定板上安装电加热丝、突跳温控器、热胆进水管和温度探头,热胆进水管的出水口连接热胆,热胆进水管的进水口伸出固定板,温度探头的尾端连接热胆,温度探头的首端伸出固定板。

本实用新型涉及一种开水箱热胆加热系统集成模块,如图1、图2所示,包括一块固定板1,固定板1上安装电加热丝2、突跳温控器3、热胆进水管4和温度探头5,热胆进水管4的出水口42连接热胆,热胆进水管4的进水口41伸出固定板1,温度探头5的尾端连接热胆,温度探头5的首端伸出固定板1。本方案将电加热丝2、突跳温控器3、热胆进水管4和温度探头5安装在一块固定板1,通过固定板1集成为一个模块,组装时,只要将该模块固定在热胆内即可,装配非常简单、方便。同时,电加热丝与突跳温控器同时安装在固定板上,提高了热传导效率,电加热丝的温度能够快速准确的传导给突跳温控器,当温度过高时,突跳温控器能迅速切断电加热丝电路,节省能耗。所述的固定板1为不锈钢板所制成。所述的热胆进水管4为不锈钢管所制成。所述的温度探头5为不锈钢管所制成。不锈钢材料不生锈,强度强,热传导效果好。

1.开水箱热胆加热系统集成模块,其特征在于包括一块固定板(1),固定板(1)上安装电加热丝(2)、突跳温控器(3)、热胆进水管(4)和温度探头(5),热胆进水管(4)的出水口(42)连接热胆,热胆进水管(4)的进水口(41)伸出固定板(1),温度探头(5)的尾端连接热胆,温度探头(5)的首端伸出固定板(1)。

3.如权利要求1所述的开水箱热胆加热系统集成模块,其特征在于所述的热胆进水管(4)为不锈钢管所制成。
