本实用新型涉及一种开水箱热胆加热系统集成模块，主要用于开水箱加热。
背景技术
目前，在很多公共场所（例如医院、办公大楼等）都有免费的开水提供，用于加热开水的设备为开水箱。开水箱内安装热胆，热胆上安有热胆进水管和温度探头，传统技术热胆加热是先由电加热丝加热，热量传导给水，水加热后，水中的热量再传导给热胆壁，热胆壁再传导给突跳温控器，由突跳温控器控制电加热丝加热，其缺点是：一、温度探头、电加热丝、突跳温控器和热胆进水管等零部件各自安装在开水箱中，造成开水箱内部构造复杂，各部件装配繁琐；二、热胆内的热量传导过程速度慢，效率低，温控器无法直接接收热胆内热量，电加热丝过多加热，浪费热量。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点，提供一种将开水箱热胆内各部件集成装配，结构简单，安装方便，提高热量传导效率的开水箱热胆加热系统集成模块。
本实用新型开水箱热胆加热系统集成模块的技术方案是：其特征在于包括一块固定板，固定板上安装电加热丝、突跳温控器、热胆进水管和温度探头，热胆进水管的出水口连接热胆，热胆进水管的进水口伸出固定板，温度探头的尾端连接热胆，温度探头的首端伸出固定板。

本实用新型涉及一种开水箱热胆加热系统集成模块，如图1、图2所示，包括一块固定板1，固定板1上安装电加热丝2、突跳温控器3、热胆进水管4和温度探头5，热胆进水管4的出水口42连接热胆，热胆进水管4的进水口41伸出固定板1，温度探头5的尾端连接热胆，温度探头5的首端伸出固定板1。本方案将电加热丝2、突跳温控器3、热胆进水管4和温度探头5安装在一块固定板1，通过固定板1集成为一个模块，组装时，只要将该模块固定在热胆内即可，装配非常简单、方便。同时，电加热丝与突跳温控器同时安装在固定板上，提高了热传导效率，电加热丝的温度能够快速准确的传导给突跳温控器，当温度过高时，突跳温控器能迅速切断电加热丝电路，节省能耗。所述的固定板1为不锈钢板所制成。所述的热胆进水管4为不锈钢管所制成。所述的温度探头5为不锈钢管所制成。不锈钢材料不生锈，强度强，热传导效果好。

1.开水箱热胆加热系统集成模块，其特征在于包括一块固定板（1），固定板（1）上安装电加热丝（2）、突跳温控器（3）、热胆进水管（4）和温度探头（5），热胆进水管（4）的出水口（42）连接热胆，热胆进水管（4）的进水口（41）伸出固定板（1），温度探头（5）的尾端连接热胆，温度探头（5）的首端伸出固定板（1）。
2.如权利要求1所述的开水箱热胆加热系统集成模块，其特征在于所述的固定板（1）为不锈钢板所制成。
3.如权利要求1所述的开水箱热胆加热系统集成模块，其特征在于所述的热胆进水管（4）为不锈钢管所制成。
4.如权利要求1所述的开水箱热胆加热系统集成模块，其特征在于所述的温度探头（5）为不锈钢管所制成。
