[0008] 本实用新型中的挡板错位设置,能够全方位的将废水中的电解铜粉拦截、沉积,临近排液口的挡板下方设置孔板,利用油毛毡或滤布的透水性,将铜粉进行拦截。本实用新型可单独使用,也可将两个本实用新型联接使用,以取得更好的回收效果。本实用新型结构简单,易于加工,投资小,处理能力强,铜粉回收效果好。

[0013] 如图1、图2所示的铜粉收集装置,它包括集粉槽体1、安装在集粉槽体I内腔中的挡板4,槽体I的一端侧壁的下方设有进液口 2,另一端侧壁的上方设有排液口 3,相邻两块挡板4为上下错位设置,并且左右错位设置,临近排液口 3的挡板4的下方设有孔板5,孔板5的底端与集粉槽体I的底部相接触,孔板5上设有多个贯通孔。孔板5上设有可拆卸的油毛毡或者滤布。

[0015] 使用本收集装置I台,在孔板5上安装一层油毛毡,将含电解铜粉IOkg的电解铜粉洗水20立方米,以每小时3立方米的速度从进液口 2泵入收集装置,处理完后,收集槽体I中沉积的电解铜粉,干燥后称重为9.1kg,废水中电解铜粉的回收率为91%。

[0017] 将两台本收集装置串联,一台的孔板5上安装油毛毡,另一台安装滤布,将含电解铜粉20kg的电解铜粉洗水30立方米,以每小时7立方米的速度从其中一台的进液口 2泵入收集装置,处理完后,收集槽体I中沉积的电解铜粉,干燥后称重为19.4kg,废水中电解铜粉的回收率为97%。

[0019] 将两台收集装置并联,一台的孔板6上安装油毛毡,另一台安装滤布,将含电解铜粉5kg,从拖布池流入的废水5立方米,以每小时2立方米的速度同时从两台装置的进液口2流入收集装置,处理完后,收集槽体I中沉积的电解铜粉,干燥后称重为4.8kg,废水中电解铜粉的回收率为96%。

1.一种铜粉收集装置,它包括集粉槽体(I)、安装在集粉槽体(I)内腔中的挡板(4),其特征在于:所述槽体(I)的一端侧壁的下方设有进液口(2),另一端侧壁的上方设有排液口(3),相邻两块所述挡板(4)为上下错位设置,相邻两块所述挡板(4)为左右错位设置,临近所述排液口(3)的所述挡板(4)的下方设有孔板(5),所述孔板(5)的底端与所述集粉槽体(I)的底部相接触,所述孔板(5)上设有多个贯通孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铜粉收集装置,其特征在于:所述孔板(5)上设有可拆卸的油毛租。
3.根据权利要求1所述的铜粉收集装置,其特征在于:所述孔板(5)上设有可拆卸的滤布。
