本实用新型涉及一种油田设备用的控制平台,包括平台本体,其特征在于,所述平台本体的下部设有至少四个可伸缩支腿及举升装置,所述举升装置包括举升机构及设于所述举升机构下部的举升支座;所述举升机构为平行四边形机械式千斤顶,所述机械式千斤顶的上部连接所述平台本体的下部,下部与所述举升支座固定连接;所述举升支座为液压千斤顶。本实用新型的有益效果是,结构简单,方便操作。

[0001 ] 本实用新型涉及油田设备设施技术领域,尤其涉及一种油田设备用的控制平台。背景技术
[0002] 在油田作业现场,为了使橇装设备和拖装设备的空间布局更加合理,空间利用率更高,控制平台一般位于整撬或拖车的最上部。由于运输过程中的高度限制,控制平台又不能太高,现有的控制平台整体上偏矮,人员操作起来不是很舒适,不利于仪表观察和操控。因此需要一种调节简单,既满足运输,又可以方便人员操作的控制平台,以适应设备转运及操作要求。

[0004] 本实用新型解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种油田设备用的控制平台,包括平台本体,其特征在于,所述平台本体的下部设有至少四个可伸缩支腿及举升装置,所述举升装置包括举升机构及设于所述举升机构下部的举升支座;所述举升机构为平行四边形机械式千斤顶,所述机械式千斤顶的上部连接所述平台本体的下部,下部与所述举升支座固定连接;所述举升支座为液压千斤顶。
[0005] 本实用新型是这样使用的,将控制平台的所述支腿下端和举升支座固定在底撬或拖车底板上,当需要设备转运和长途运输时,将举升装置调到最矮,保证转运安全;当现场操作时再通过举升装置将平台升起,便于人员操控。
[0006] 本实用新型的有益效果是:可以实现控制平台的快速升降调整。尤其采用举升机构及举升支座两级调整机构,可以更好的适应控制箱周围设备对控制箱高度的要求;另外,在冬季温度过低的井场作业,液压千斤顶有时会由于液压油受冻而调整不便,这样可以通过机械式千斤顶随时调整。

[0008] 进一步,所述可伸缩支腿包括套筒及导杆,所述导杆插装到所述套筒中,在所述套筒上设有锁定销。

[0016] 所述平台本体为框架式结构,所述框架式结构的中间设有支撑板7。所述平台本体的框架上还设有弹性减振支撑件8。

[0018] 所述可伸缩支腿包括套筒5及导杆3,所述导杆3插装到所述套筒5中,在所述套筒5上设有锁定销6。

1.一种油田设备用的控制平台,包括平台本体,其特征在于,所述平台本体的下部设有至少四个可伸缩支腿及举升装置,所述举升装置包括举升机构及设于所述举升机构下部的举升支座;所述举升机构为平行四边形机械式千斤顶,所述机械式千斤顶的上部连接所述平台本体的下部,下部与所述举升支座固定连接;所述举升支座为液压千斤顶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的油田设备用的控制平台,其特征在于,所述可伸缩支腿包括套筒及导杆,所述导杆插装到所述套筒中,在所述套筒上设有锁定销。
