Abstract
一种自动机械手装置，由龙门架、同步带传动机构、导向杆、主气缸、固定架、连接座、气动吸盘所组成，龙门架由方管焊接而成,龙门架为长方形结构，上部安装有同步带传动机构，中间安装有导向杆和主气缸，主气缸与固定架连接，固定架下部装有连接座，连接座下端装有N只气动吸盘，吸盘吸取成品料后同步带传动机构移动至成品工作台，提高工作效率。自动机械手装置用于冲裁类机械产品的产品加工结束后的收料，尤其适合大规格材料的冲裁结束后的收卷，使冲裁出来的产品收料整齐、提高工作利用率等特点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及到一种自动机械手装置，尤其涉及一种布类、汽车内装饰件、建材装饰品冲裁加工设备配套的自动机械手装置。
背景技术
目前，众所周知，所有的布类、汽车内装饰件、建材装饰品等冲裁加工设备的取、放料工序均为手工操作完成，工人劳动强度高，效率低下，需消耗用工2-3人，用工成本非常高，还不能很好的用于布类等材料传输至包装过程中的取放，尤其是大批量冲裁收取效果不到保证，冲裁出来的产品整体包装效率差、用工浪费惊人，严重制约规模化生产，不能满足大批量生产加工的需要。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种用于布类、纺织品、装饰材料等冲裁加工过程成品包装中的一种自动机械手装置。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种自动机械手装置，由龙门架、同步带传动机构、导向杆、主气缸、固定架、连接座、气动吸盘所组成，龙门架由方管焊接而成,龙门架为长方形结构，上部安装有同步带传动机构，中间安装有导向杆和主气缸，主气缸与固定架连接，固定架下部装有连接座，连接座下端装有N只气动吸盘，吸盘吸取成品料后同步带传动机构移动至成品工作台，提高工作效率。
