本实用新型属于电力电缆技术,具体是一种加固型多芯电缆。
背景技术
现有技术对于二芯电力电缆,基本上都是采用导体绞合后挤制绝缘成缆,再护包护套的生产方式。对于有屏蔽要求的场合,大都采用绕包铜带屏蔽或采用铜丝编织的方式,此种结构的电缆对于一定频率内的电磁干扰可起到一定的屏蔽效果,但在高频下屏蔽效果就比较差,对周围电气设备产生电磁干扰,对屏蔽要求高的场合没办法满足。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种加固型多芯电缆,电缆本身不对外界产生电磁干扰,同时本电缆具有工艺过程少,产品结构简单,生产速度快,成本低,系统安全性高的特点。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种加固型多芯电缆,包括有数根线芯导体绞合的第一线芯层,第一线芯层中心位置处设置有钢丝绳,第一线芯层外为绝缘层,所述的绝缘层外环形排布有多根线芯导体构成第二线芯层,第二线芯层外设有屏蔽层。
本实用新型的电缆在工艺过程和成本方面都有相对高的优势。本实用新型所指1.8/3kV及以下耐火电力电缆,35kV及以下电力电缆包括普通型和铠装型电缆,阻燃型和低烟无卤阻燃型电力电缆。
