本实用新型主要涉及安全带生产制造领域，尤其涉及一种涤纶丝洗丝装置。
背景技术
安全带生产制造过程中，编织安全带使用的涤纶丝需要经历洗涤、风干再烘干的过程，传统工艺中对涤纶丝的清洗是进行喷淋洗涤，往往清洗不够充分。

本实用新型目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷，提供一种涤纶丝洗丝装置。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种涤纶丝洗丝装置，包括有洗丝水槽以及导丝装置，所述导丝装置包括有进丝辊、出丝辊以及设置于水槽侧壁间的若干导丝辊，所述进丝辊、出丝辊设置于水槽上方两端处，所述水槽两头侧壁间还活动连接有两个滚水轮，所述滚水轮与电机电连接，所述水槽下侧还设有排水阀。
本实用新型的优点是：
本实用新型水槽中滚水轮的设计，加强水流流速，进而对涤纶丝实现深层清洁。本实用新型结构简单，值得推广。

如图1所示，一种涤纶丝洗丝装置，包括有洗丝水槽1以及导丝装置，所述导丝装置包括有进丝辊2、出丝辊3以及设置于水槽侧壁间的若干导丝辊4，所述进丝辊2、出丝辊3设置于水槽1上方两端处，所述水槽1两头侧壁间还活动连接有两个滚水轮5，所述滚水轮与电机7电连接，所述水槽1下侧还设有排水阀6。

1.一种涤纶丝洗丝装置，其特征在于：包括有洗丝水槽以及导丝装置，所述导丝装置包括有进丝辊、出丝辊以及设置于水槽侧壁间的若干导丝辊，所述进丝辊、出丝辊设置于水槽上方两端处，所述水槽两头侧壁间还活动连接有两个滚水轮，所述滚水轮与电机电连接，所述水槽下侧还设有排水阀。
