[0005] 所述反渗透净水机装置净水流程:接通电源,打开进水球阀,自来水的压力使低压开关开启,使安装于PP过滤器与颗粒活性炭过滤器之间的净水电磁阀通电打开,且增压泵通电启动工作。
[0006] 自来水经PP过滤器(聚丙烯熔喷PP滤芯过滤器)初过滤、颗粒活性炭过滤器(颗粒活性炭滤芯过滤器)吸附净化、PP过滤器(压铸活性炭棒滤芯)深度吸附净化后,流经增压泵增压进入反渗透RO膜进行反渗透处理,反渗透处理水分成两路,一路是浓缩水流经废水比例器排放掉,另一路是纯水,流经高压开关进入储水压力桶储存待用,同时经出水龙头流出,当出水龙头关闭,储水压力桶注水满水后,纯水回流至反渗透RO膜的机械式单向阀处,机械式单向阀切断回流纯水使水压升高,高压开关启动切断电源,纯水停机待用。
[0007] 然而,所述机械式单向阀容易受增压泵工作压力变化,以及出水龙头频繁使用而出现水锤现象,导致机械式单向阀经常产生机械故障而失效。特别是高流量无储水压力桶净水机,由于无储水压力桶向机械式单向阀提供补偿背压,机械式单向阀经常无法彻底关闭,导致纯水逆流回反渗透RO膜出现泄压,高压开关开闭机器异常启动,频繁启动导致瞬间高压电流损坏设备。甚至由于机械式单向阀故障,出现纯水满水后长期无法停机,导致高压管路爆裂淹水。
实用新型内容

[0010] 一种净水机满水同步停机控制装置,包括PPF过滤器、颗粒活性炭过滤器、PP过滤器、增压泵、反渗透RO膜、断水电磁阀、废水比例器及高压开关;PPF过滤器连接颗粒活性炭过滤器;颗粒活性炭过滤器连接PP过滤器;PP过滤器连接增压泵,增压泵连接反渗透RO膜进水端,反渗透RO膜出水端分成两路,一路通过管道反向连接断水电磁阀,另一路接废水比例器;断水电磁阀通过管道接高压开关进水端,高压开关出水端接出水龙头。

[0012] 采用上述方案后,本实用新型在连接反渗透RO膜与高压开关之间的回流管道上反向连接断水电磁阀,当停用纯水而关闭出水龙头时,纯水回流至反渗透RO膜,并经反渗透RO膜回流至回流管路(反渗透RO膜与高压开关之间的管道),回流管路注满水压力升高,使高压开关启动切断整机电路,同时反向连接断水电磁阀切断反渗透RO膜纯水出水,让回流管路满水保持高压状态,实现设备停机。因此,本实用新型可以实现水满即时停机,且结构较为简单,只是反向连接断水电磁阀。
[0013] 同时,本实用新型反向连接断水电磁阀,使得反渗透RO膜纯水出水不受现有技术机械式单向阀的结构影响,出水不受限流,同时反渗透RO膜制水时膜片没有背压,直接在增压泵增压下造水,反渗透RO膜产水率大幅度提升(20%-40%),更加节能环保。

[0037] 本实用新型反向连接断水电磁阀6,当停用纯水而关闭出水龙头9时,纯水回流至反渗透RO膜5,并经反渗透RO膜5回流至回流管路(反渗透RO膜5与高压开关8之间的管道),回流管路注满水压力升高,使高压开关8启动切断整机电路,同时反向连接断水电磁阀6切断反渗透RO膜5纯水出水,让回流管路满水保持高压状态,实现设备停机。
[0038] 如正向连接断水电磁阀6,虽然断水电磁阀6切断反渗透RO膜5纯水出水,但由于满水停机后反渗透RO膜5出水端废水比例器7持续排水,反渗透RO膜5内的压力将下降为零,此时正向连接的断水电磁阀6进水端的水压将低于出水端回流管路保持的高水压,回流管路的水将通过断水电磁阀6反流回反渗透RO膜5,也就是说,正向连接的断水电磁阀6无法切断回流管路逆流纯水,将导致回流管路泄压,高压开关8关闭净水机失控而启动。
[0039] 本实用新型反向连接断水电磁阀6与高压开关8同步启动,实现水源与电源同步控制整机工作稳定,杜绝设备异常机械故障,而现有技术净水机,由于机械式单向阀容易受原水水压,泵的工作压力变化,以及出水龙头频繁使用出现水锤现象,导致单向阀经常机械故障失效。特别是高流量无压力桶静水机,由于无压力桶气囊向单向开关提供补偿背压,机械式单向阀经常无法彻底关闭,导致回流管路纯水逆流回反渗透RO膜5出现泄压,高压开关开闭机器异常启动,频繁启动导致瞬间高压电流损坏设备。甚至由于机械式单向阀故障,出现纯水满水后长期无法停机,导致水路高压管路爆裂淹水,造成财产损失。

1.一种净水机满水同步停机控制装置,其特征在于:包括PPF过滤器、颗粒活性炭过滤器、PP过滤器、增压泵、反渗透RO膜、断水电磁阀、废水比例器及高压开关;PPF过滤器连接颗粒活性炭过滤器;颗粒活性炭过滤器连接PP过滤器;PP过滤器连接增压泵,增压泵连接反渗透RO膜进水端,反渗透RO膜出水端分成两路,一路通过管道反向连接断水电磁阀,另一路接废水比例器;断水电磁阀通过管道接高压开关进水端,高压开关出水端接出水龙头。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种净水机满水同步停机控制装置,其特征在于:还包括储水压力桶,储水压力桶与高压开关出水端连接,储水压力桶水储满后回流至反渗透RO膜。
