如图中所示的一种健身椅子，包括靠背1，坐垫2和椅腿3，所述坐垫2左右两侧设有凹槽4，所述凹槽4内设置纵向运动的把手5，所述把手5与弹簧6连接，所述弹簧6另一端固定在凹槽4前端。
使用时，使用者坐在坐垫2上，两手握住把手5向后拉，，把手5拉动弹簧6产生阻力，这样使用者来回拉动，达到锻炼健身的目的。
