背景技术
拉杆箱在使用过程中，或者久置的过程中，表面都会吸附灰尘，不仅影响美观而且人在使用过程中，会将灰尘吸入到身体内，影响身体健康。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题，本实用新型提供一种防静电拉杆箱，能有效的解决因静电而吸附的粉尘这个问题。
为了实现上述的目的，本实用新型采用了以下的技术方案：
一种防静电拉杆箱，该拉杆箱的面料采用双层结构复合构成，面层采用永防抗静电材料，里层采用ABS材料。
作为优选，所述的面层厚度为0.20~0.30厘米，里层的厚度为2~3厘米。
作为优选，所述的面层采用防静电PA，防静电PC，防静电POM，防静电PPS，防静电PPO，防静电PC/ABS，防静电PBT，防静电TPE，防静电TPU，防静电TPR，防静电ABS，防静电PS，防静电PP，防静电PE或防静电PVC。
本实用新型通过在拉杆箱表面加入抗静电母粒，使拉杆箱表面导电，从而达到抗静电效果，能有效的防止灰尘的吸附。

实施例1
一种防静电拉杆箱，该拉杆箱的面料（如图1所示）采用双层结构复合构成，面层采用永防抗静电材料1，里层采用ABS材料2，面层厚度为0.25厘米，里层的厚度为2.5厘米。所述的面层采用材料由以下的组分制备得到：
导电炭黑 20% 聚苯乙烯 61%
苯乙烯丁二烯共聚物弹性SBS 10% 增韧剂 5%
抗氧剂 1.5% 偶联剂 2.5%。
实施例2
一种防静电拉杆箱，该拉杆箱的面料（如图1所示）采用双层结构复合构成，面层采用永防抗静电材料1，里层采用ABS材料2，面层厚度为0.25厘米，里层的厚度为2.5厘米。所述的面层采用防静电PC。

一种防静电拉杆箱，该拉杆箱的面料（如图1所示）采用双层结构复合构成，面层采用永防抗静电材料1，里层采用ABS材料2，面层厚度为0.25厘米，里层的厚度为2.5厘米。所述的面层采用材料由以下的组分制备得到：
导电炭黑 15% 聚苯乙烯 70%
苯乙烯丁二烯共聚物弹性SBS 8% 增韧剂 4%
抗氧剂 1.5% 偶联剂 1.5%。
