Abstract

一种基于插件二极管搭建的简易整流桥,属于电子行业整流领域。该整流桥主要由一小块定制的PCB以及焊接在上面的四个或六个分离的插件二极管组成,其特征在于:定制一小块PCB,上面有两条平行的铜线作为P和N,每根铜线上预留两个或三个二极管的插件位和一根粗导线的插件位;将二极管N端管脚垂直焊接在P铜线上,二极管P端管脚悬空,将另外二极管P端管脚垂直焊接在N铜线上,二极管N端管脚悬空,并垂直焊接两根铜导线;使用时,将整流桥直接焊接在PCB板上。其优点是:该整流桥节省空间,不需要对二极管折弯整形,制作简便。

本实用新型属于电子行业整流领域。 
背景技术
目前电子行业整流领域在做AC-DC处理时,常用集成的整流桥或是在PCB上直接焊接分离的二极管来搭建整流桥,使用集成的整流桥时,往往受到其外形尺寸制约,功率较大时,需要采取专门的散热措施;在PCB上直接焊接分离的二极管来搭建整流桥时,需要对二极管的管脚折弯整形,不易操作,而且会占用比较大的PCB面积。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是:发明一种高度和体积较小,与集成整流桥相比,降低对安装空间的要求,而且与同等功率的整流桥相比,自然条件下散热效果更好的整流桥。 
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:该整流桥主要由一小块定制的PCB以及焊接在上面的六个分离的插件二极管组成,其特征在于:定制一小块PCB,上面有两条平行的铜线作为P和N,每根铜线上预留三个二极管的插件位和一根粗导线的插件位;将二极管N端管脚垂直焊接在P铜线上,二极管P端管脚悬空,将另外二极管P端管脚垂直焊接在N铜线上,二极管N端管脚悬空,并垂直焊接两根铜导线;使用时,将整流桥直接焊接在PCB板上。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:与集成整流桥相比,该整流桥对装配空间要求较低,自然条件下比同等功率的集成整流桥更容易散热;与在PCB上直接焊接分离二极管构成的整流桥相比,该整流桥更节省空间,而且不需要对二极管折弯整形,制作简便。

参照附图,该整流桥主要由一小块定制的PCB以及焊接在上面的六个分离的插件二极管组成,其特征在于:定制一小块PCB,上面有两条平行的铜线作为P和N,每根铜线上预留两个或三个二极管的插件位和一根粗导线的插件位;将二极管N端管脚垂直焊接在P铜线上,二极管P端管脚悬空,将另外二极管P端管脚垂直焊接在N铜线上,二极管N端管脚悬空,并垂直焊接两根铜导线;使用时,将整流桥直接焊接在PCB板上。 
其优点是:该整流桥节省空间,不需要对二极管折弯整形,制作简便。
