[0002]目前输送常温介质和冷水常用UPVC管及PE管,二输送热水必须采用PB管、PEX管、铝塑复合管。PPR管成本较低,生产工艺和设备相对比较简单,制品更容易保证,连接不需要金属管件,牢固可靠,不渗透,安装方便可靠,废物可以作为再生资源回收利用。PPR管材是比较有发展前途的新型化学建材,将成为我国今后给水管的主导产品。但是,塑料管材在生产工程中,大多需要定型冷却,冷却一般采用自来水冷却,水冷会造成浪费大量的水资源。
