    现有技术中,底盖在加工过程中,底盖难以一次加工成型,需要进行整修操作,但是传统的技术中,容易出现,底盖被卡接在凸模上,难以取下,容易造成事故。

本实用新型目的是提供一种结构简单,安装使用方便,且加工好成型以后的底盖容易下料的底盖整形凸模。

一种底盖整形凸模,包括底座,其特征在于:所述底座上固定安装有模芯,所述模芯为圆柱状柱体结构,所述模芯的顶端设有圆锥形凸起,所述锥形凸起的表面设有半径在6-8cm之间的弧形面,所述模芯的中部设有贯穿模芯顶部与底座的通气孔。
所述模芯的侧壁上设有凸肩。 
本实用新型在模芯的中部设有贯穿模芯顶部和底座的通气孔,所述通气孔外界的气源,对模芯上端整形加工好的板材进行上顶操作,这样防止板材物料被卡接在模芯上,难以取下,影响生产效率。
