技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种石油钻井生产过程中使用的钻井泥浆泵高压管汇回流控制阀,可应用在石油钻机钻井泥浆泵高压管汇控制技术领域。
背景技术
石油钻井用高压管汇是钻井泥浆输出的重要通道,钻井泥浆由泥浆罐通过泥浆泵吸入高压管汇,最后注入井口用于钻井,其回流管汇一端通过由壬与高压管汇主体管连接,另外一端通过由壬和管线与泥浆罐连接,由此形成一个回路。由于回流管汇内的钻井泥浆压力较高,高压闸阀的闭合开启较困难,此时需停泵以降低高压管汇内的压力,采用人工手动操作高压闸阀的方式,费时费力,安全性和工作效率较低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有回流管汇的高压闸阀人工手动操作费时费力,安全性和工作效率较低,提供一种钻井用高压回流管汇气控阀。
本实用新型由气控装置和阀体组成,阀体由阀壳、阀座、阀杆、阀芯组成,阀座、阀杆、阀芯安装在阀壳内,阀杆与阀芯通过螺纹连接;气控装置由活塞、活塞缸、上压盖、下压盖、螺栓、进气管线总成、出气管线总成、动力气源组成,活塞下端通过螺纹与阀杆连接,活塞缸、上压盖和下压盖通过螺栓连接,活塞安装在活塞缸体内,下压盖通过螺纹与阀壳连接,在上压盖和下压盖上分别安装有进气管线总成和出气管线总成,进气管线总成和出气管线总成分别与动力气源连接。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型采用高压气体产生的动力,驱动管汇回流控制阀启闭,可实现远程控制,操作省时省力,运行安全可靠,阀闭合紧固,改善劳动条件,提高钻井质量和效率。

具体实施方式
由附图1可知,本实用新型由气控装置和阀体组成,阀体由阀壳13、阀座12、阀杆8、阀芯11组成,阀座12、阀杆8、阀芯11安装在阀壳13内,阀杆8与阀芯11通过螺纹连接;气控装置由活塞6、活塞缸3、上压盖4、下压盖5、螺栓9、进气管线总成7、出气管线总成10、动力气源14组成,活塞缸3、上压盖4和下压盖5通过螺栓9连接,活塞6安装在活塞缸3体内,活塞6下端通过螺纹与阀杆8连接,下压盖5通过螺纹与阀壳13连接,在上压盖4和下压盖5上分别安装有进气管线总成7和出气管线总成10,进气管线总成7和出气管线总成10分别与动力气源14连接。
阀座12上部为凸起锥面,阀芯11下部为与阀座12上部的凸起锥面相配合的凹形锥面。
将本实用新型通过由壬2与高压管汇主体管1连接,首先,开启动力气源14,高压气体通过进气管线总成7和上压盖13进入活塞缸3的腔体内,推动活塞6下行,带动阀杆8和阀芯11坐在阀座12上,切断回流管汇。当需要回流管汇起节流泄压循环作用时,将动力气源14置于低压状态,在高压管汇内的高压流体作用下,推动阀杆8和阀芯11带动活塞6上行,使阀芯11与阀座12分离,使回流管汇处于连通状态,即可达到节流泄压循环的目的。

1.钻井用高压回流管汇气控阀,由气控装置和阀体组成,其特征是:阀体由阀壳(13)、阀座(12)、阀杆(8)、阀芯(11)组成,阀杆(8)与阀芯(11)通过螺纹连接,阀座(12)、阀杆(8)、阀芯(11)安装在阀壳(13)内;气控装置由活塞(6)、活塞缸(3)、上压盖(4)、下压盖(5)、螺栓(9)、进气管线总成(7)、出气管线总成(10)、动力气源(14)组成,活塞缸(3)、上压盖(4)和下压盖(5)通过螺栓(9)连接,活塞(6)安装在活塞缸(3)体内,活塞(6)下端通过螺纹与阀杆(8)连接,下压盖(5)通过螺纹与阀壳(13)连接,在上压盖(4)和下压盖(5)上分别安装有进气管线总成(7)和出气管线总成(10),进气管线总成(7)和出气管线总成(10)分别与动力气源(14)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钻井用高压回流管汇气控阀,其特征是:阀座(12)上部为凸起锥面,阀芯(11)下部为与阀座(12)上部的凸起锥面相配合的凹形锥面。
