本实用新型涉及一种切削刀具,尤其是一种刀盘。
背景技术
在实际生产加工中,常用的铣槽刀盘为整体结构,加工难度大,刀盘厚度较大,适用于加工槽口大于40mm工件的加工;对于槽口较窄的工件无法加工。曾有人用锯齿铣刀来加工窄槽,由于锯齿铣刀的刚度不够,很容易发生崩刀现象,使得生产成本居高不下,生产效率极低,加工精度低,难以满足批量生产的要求。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单,制作容易,可提高加工效率及加工精度,满足批量生产要求的刀盘。
本实用新型的技术方案是:包括第一刀盘体、第二刀盘体、刀片压板、刀片、连接螺钉、紧固螺钉,所述第一刀盘体和所述第二刀盘体外边缘设有均匀分布的刀片槽,通过所述连接螺钉连接为整体;所述第一刀盘体上刀片槽和所述第二刀盘体刀片槽错开一定角度连接;所述刀片用所述刀片压板通过所述紧固螺钉压紧在刀片槽的一边。       
本实用新型进一步的技术方案:所述第一刀盘体和所述第二刀盘体外边缘刀片槽的数量为6个。
本实用新型的有益效果:所述第一刀盘体和所述第二刀盘体分开制作,极大地方便刀片槽的加工,可提高加工效率及加工精度,满足批量生产的要求;两刀盘间刀片错开一定角度以使所述第一刀盘体和所述第二刀盘体的拼合面承受铣槽过程中刀片的侧向力,不易损坏。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种刀盘,包括紧固螺钉1、连接螺钉2、刀片压板3、刀片4、第一刀盘体5、第二刀盘体6;所述第一刀盘体5和所述第二刀盘体6外边缘设有均匀分布的刀片槽,通过所述连接螺钉2连接为一个整体;所述第一刀盘体5上的刀片槽和所述第二刀盘体6的刀片槽错开一定角度连接;所述刀片4用所述刀片压板3通过所述紧固螺钉2分别压紧在所述第一刀盘体5和所述第二刀盘体6的刀片槽一边。
如图3、图4所示,所述第一刀盘体5和所述第二刀盘体6外边缘设有均匀分布的六个刀片槽。

1.一种刀盘,其特征在于:包括第一刀盘体、第二刀盘体、刀片压板、刀片、连接螺钉、紧固螺钉,所述第一刀盘体和所述第二刀盘体外边缘设有均匀分布的刀片槽,通过所述连接螺钉连接为整体;所述第一刀盘体的刀片槽和所述第二刀盘体的刀片槽错开一定角度连接;所述刀片用所述刀片压板通过所述紧固螺钉压紧在刀片槽的一边。
