Abstract

技术领域

背景技术
[0002] 沿用多年的传统的一级处理和二级处理水处理工艺技术和设备,已经难适应当今污水的净化要求,处理后的出水不能满足城市对污水回用的水质要求,增加三能处理,即深度处理工艺和设备,已成为今后水处理行业的发展趋势。目前,在污水深度处理和微污染水净化领域,通常设置混凝池、沉淀池、过滤单元等工艺设施以满足出水水质达标排放的要求,但均存在占地面积大、操作复杂、能耗高等缺点。
[0003] 现有的砂滤系统都是石英砂过滤系统,纳污量少,滤料反冲洗时部分滤料冲洗不至IJ,同时需要大量的反冲洗水和动力消耗。

[0004] 本实用新型旨在提供一种新型高效的活性砂过滤系统,解决现有技术中污水深度处理及微污染水净化系统占地面积大,操作复杂,能耗高的问题,同时解决传统砂滤系统过滤间歇反冲洗,需要大量反冲洗水和动力消耗的问题。
[0005] 在本实用新型提供了一种新型高效的活性砂过滤系统,包括进水渠,活性砂滤池,出水渠及废水渠,所述出水渠和所述废水渠位于所述活性砂滤池之上,所述进水渠位于所述活性砂滤池之下;所述活性砂滤池包括至少一个过滤单元,所述过滤单元底部为砂锥,所述砂锥上方为锥台和砂床,所述砂床中下部设有布水器,所述布水器与所述进水渠连通,所述过滤单元内部设有提砂管,所述提砂管的顶端安装有砂水分离罐,所述砂水分离罐与所述废水渠连通,所述砂水分离罐下端连接洗砂器。

[0010] 采用本实用新型提供的新型高效的活性砂过滤系统,是污水深度处理和微污染水净化的一种处理工艺,其运用于污水深度处理和微污染水净化领域,基于逆流原理,待过滤液通过进水渠进入过滤单元中下部的布水器均匀布水,水自下往上过滤,污物被截留,截留污物的活性砂滤料被提砂管提到洗砂器清洗,洗净后经过分离和自重重返砂床,可以克服常规处理手段存在的不足,取得较好的出水水质,具有工程量少,投资低,运行费用低等优点,同时因为本实用新型采用单元操作方式,过滤单元的构建可根据水量变化灵活增加或删减过滤单元,易于改扩建。附图说明

[0015] 参照图1至图2,本实用新型实施例提供一种新型高效的活性砂过滤系统,包括进水渠1,活性砂滤池2,出水渠3及废水渠4。出水渠3和废水渠4位于活性砂滤池2之上,所述进水渠I位于活性砂滤池2之下。进水渠I用于对流入活性砂滤池2的待过滤水均匀配水;活性砂滤池2用于对待过滤水进行过滤;出水渠3用于汇集经过活性砂滤池2过滤处理后的出水并排出;废水渠4用于汇集活性砂滤池2过滤过程中产生的洗砂废水并排出,同时沉淀随洗砂废水流出的砂滤料。
[0016] 活性砂滤池2包括至少一个过滤单元,例如可以是如图2所示的,活性砂滤池2包括八个过滤单元。
[0017] 过滤单元底部为砂锥16,砂锥16上为锥台14和砂床15,其中砂床15中下部设有布水器11,布水器11通过配水支管18连接总配水管7,总配水管7与进水渠I连通,待过滤水经过进水渠1,由总配水管7通过配水支管18、布水器11均匀分配到活性砂率池中2中。
[0018] 过滤单元内部设有提砂管19,提砂管19的顶端安装有砂水分离罐12,砂水分离罐12下端连接洗砂器10,砂水分离罐12通过废水支管17连接废水总管9,废水总管9与废水渠4连通,洗砂污水通过废水总管9排放至废水渠4。
[0019] 砂锥16的低端安装专有空气提升泵8,专有空气提升泵8由空气压缩机5,储气罐13及电气控制系统6组成。空气压缩系统5用于提升过滤过程中所产生的脏砂到的砂水分离罐12及洗砂器10进行分离和清洗,保证过滤单元的连续运行;电气控制系统6用于控制活性砂滤池2和空气压缩系统5的启动、运行状况。
[0020] 该新型高效的活性砂过滤系统基于逆流原理,水自下往上过滤,污物被截留,具体的运作方法如下:
[0021] (I)待过滤水经过进水渠I进入过滤单元中下部的布水器11中,均匀布水后,逆流向上通过整个砂床15,待过滤水被净化,过滤后的水溢流进入出水渠3 ;
[0022] (2)随着过滤过程的进行,通过砂锥16的导向作用,截留较多污染物的活性砂将流向砂锥16底部,砂锥16底部的活性砂被专有空气提升泵8提升至洗砂器10中,产生气提,气提过程中在压缩空气的剧烈搅拌下,污染物与活性砂分离。
[0023] (3)活性砂通过提砂管19提升至砂水分离罐12中,然后进入洗砂器10中洗净后,活性砂利用自重回到砂床15中,洗砂污水经过废水总管9排入废水渠4。

[0025] 一、待过滤水的过滤和砂滤料的清洗在活性砂过滤池2过滤单元的不同位置同时进行,使得本活性砂过滤系统可24小时连续运行,克服传统过滤间歇反冲洗的缺点,节省反冲洗泵和阀门等设备,节省动力消耗;
[0026] 二、活性砂过滤池2结构紧凑,进水水质要求宽松,出水水质稳定,运行费用低;
[0027] 三、活性砂过滤池2的水头损失小,除砂滤料外没有任何转动部件,故障率低;
[0028] 四、解决现有空气提升泵经常出故障的问题,采用专有空气提升泵8,解决容易堵砂等问题;
[0029] 五、采用单元操作方式,过滤单元的构建可根据水量变化灵活增加或删减过滤单元,易于改扩建。

1.一种新型高效的活性砂过滤系统,其特征在于,包括进水渠,活性砂滤池,出水渠及废水渠,所述出水渠和所述废水渠位于所述活性砂滤池之上,所述进水渠位于所述活性砂滤池之下;所述活性砂滤池包括至少一个过滤单元,所述过滤单元底部为砂锥,所述砂锥上方为锥台和砂床,所述砂床中下部设有布水器,所述布水器与所述进水渠连通,所述过滤单元内部设有提砂管,所述提砂管的顶端安装有砂水分离罐,所述砂水分离罐与所述废水渠连通,所述砂水分离罐下端连接洗砂器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型高效的活性砂过滤系统,其特征在于,所述活性砂滤池包括八个过滤单元。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的新型高效的活性砂过滤系统,其特征在于,所述布水器通过配水支管连接总配水管,所述总配水管与所述进水渠连通。
4.根据权利要求3所述的新型高效的活性砂过滤系统,其特征在于,所述砂水分离罐通过废水支管连接废水总管,所述废水总管与所述废水渠连通。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型高效的活性砂过滤系统,其特征在于,所述专有空气提升泵由空气压缩机,储气罐及电气控制系统组成。
