本实用新型属于核桃仁去皮机械技术领域，具体的说是涉及一种连续式核桃仁去囊皮装置。
背景技术
核桃仁具有重要的营养和保健作用，可降低人体血清中的胆固醇和血脂,防止动脉硬化。除壳后的核桃仁皮有一种不易被人接受的苦味，直接食用口感不佳，如需工业化批量生产核桃仁，则更需做进一步工艺及设备的调整与优化。 核桃仁表面的大小和形状极不规则，有很多凹槽，无法采用机械化方式去皮。核桃仁去皮的常规方法是采用烘烤去皮或者热烫去皮，但是现有技术中的这两种去皮方式去皮效果很不理想。如果能够提供一种出仁率高、对核桃仁伤害小的核桃仁去囊皮装置成为人们迫切的需求。
发明内容
本实用新型为了克服现有技术存在的不足，提供一种出仁率高、对核桃仁伤害小的连续式核桃仁去囊皮装置，该装置能够有效的解决现有技术中核桃仁去皮装置的缺点。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：一种连续式核桃仁去囊皮装置，其包括从左至右依次设置的浸泡去皮机、提升机和自动冲淋机，在浸泡去皮机的左端设置有投料口，在自动冲淋机的右端设置有出料口；在浸泡去皮机内设置有碱液浸泡箱和定时输送机构，在提升机内设置有沥水提升机构，在自动冲淋机内由上至下依次设置有冲淋箱、沥水输送装置和核桃仁皮囊收集箱。
在提升机的左端设置有入料口，在提升机的右端设置有下料口。
在自动冲淋机的冲淋箱内设置有多个高压水喷头。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型的连续式核桃仁去囊皮装置有效的解决了现有技术中的缺陷，具有系统运行平稳、结构紧凑和去皮效率高等优点。本实用新型中采用核桃仁去皮设备系统代替了现有技术中的手工浸泡和手工处理，极大地提高了生产效率。本实用新型还具有如下优点：1、填补了核桃仁皮分离机械的空白；2、实现了核桃仁皮分离机械工业化大规模生产；3、减少了劳动力，使用成本低；4、出仁率高、对核桃仁的伤害极小、品质好。

如图1所示，一种连续式核桃仁去囊皮装置，其包括从左至右依次设置的浸泡去皮机1、提升机2和自动冲淋机3，在浸泡去皮机1的左端设置有投料口4，在自动冲淋机3的右端设置有出料口5；在浸泡去皮机1内设置有碱液浸泡箱和定时输送机构，在提升机2内设置有沥水提升机构，在自动冲淋机3内由上至下依次设置有冲淋箱6、沥水输送装置和核桃仁皮囊收集箱。在提升机2的左端设置有入料口7，在提升机2的右端设置有下料口8，在自动冲淋机3的冲淋箱6内设置有多个高压水喷头。
本实用新型的工作过程为：首先把拣洗干净的核桃仁通过投料口4投入浸泡去皮机1，在碱液浸泡箱内用碱液浸泡并分离核桃仁皮囊，同时用浸泡去皮机1内的定时输送机构输送核桃仁；然后再通过提升机2沥水提升，输送到自动冲淋机3内的冲淋箱6，使用高压水喷头对核桃仁进行进一步冲洗，使仁皮分离，在冲淋箱6中经过沥水、输送、拣洗得到干净仁皮，实现整个过程的自动化。

1.一种连续式核桃仁去囊皮装置，其特征在于：所述连续式核桃仁去囊皮装置包括从左至右依次设置的浸泡去皮机、提升机和自动冲淋机，在所述浸泡去皮机的左端设置有投料口，在所述自动冲淋机的右端设置有出料口；在所述浸泡去皮机内设置有碱液浸泡箱和定时输送机构，在所述提升机内设置有沥水提升机构，在所述自动冲淋机内由上至下依次设置有冲淋箱、沥水输送装置和核桃仁皮囊收集箱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续式核桃仁去囊皮装置，其特征在于：在所述提升机的左端设置有入料口，在所述提升机的右端设置有下料口。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种连续式核桃仁去囊皮装置，其特征在于：在所述自动冲淋机的冲淋箱内设置有多个高压水喷头。
