一种烟道内置式节能环保热风炉由独立的上炉体、下炉体两部分组成。其中:上炉体均匀布置烟管,集烟管与上烟道、烟管、下烟道、引烟口连接,组成烟气通道;烟管安装在预热风道内,热风道设在上炉体最里层,与预热风道形成隔层;下炉体设有隔热装置、清灰门;上炉体与下炉体经法兰连接成为一个整体。当下炉体燃烧时,烟气经烟管,空气经空气入口在导风道作用下进入预热风道,经热风道产生热风。该烟道内罝式节能环保热风炉结构简单、实用,工作可靠,充分利用烟气余热,热效率高、热风温度稳定、无污染,符合绿色食品及生态茶加工的卫生条件。

本实用新型涉及一种茶叶制备装置,尤其是一种与茶叶烘干设备 
配套使用的烟道内置式节能环保热风炉。
背景技术
目前,茶叶烘干机所配套使用的热风炉大都采用双层双回程式的整体式结构,该热风炉存在着热量损失大、煤耗高、热效率低、结构复杂、劳动强度大的不足,维护及维修困难,影响茶叶的正常加工。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种烟道内置式节能环保热风炉,与茶 
叶烘干机配套进行茶叶烘干作业,烟道内置式节能环保热风炉将烟道均匀分布在热风炉上炉体,充分利用烟气余热,提高热效率,节能效果明显,煤耗低、热风温度稳定。
本实用新型所采取的技术方案为: 
一种烟道内置式节能环保热风炉,包括独立的上炉体、下炉体,其特征是:上炉体均匀布置烟管,集烟管与上烟道、烟管、下烟道、引烟口连接,组成烟气通道;烟管安装在预热风道内,热风道设在上炉体最里层,与预热风道形成隔层;下炉体设有隔热装置、清灰门;上炉体与下炉体经法兰连接成为一个整体。
上炉体设有炉顶盖、集烟管、上烟道、烟管、预热风道、热风道、导风道、下烟道、热风出口、空气入口、烟道隔板、引烟口;下炉体设有炉门、隔热装置、清灰门。 
本烟道内置式节能环保热风炉,将烟道均匀分布在上炉体外侧并与上炉体焊接为一个整体,充分利用烟气余热,煤耗低、热风温度稳定,热效率达70%以上,使之实现节能高效的目的;本实用新型结构简单、实用,工作可靠、无污染,符合绿色食品及生态茶加工的卫生条件。便于运输、安装,维护维修方便,具有广阔的市场需求和良好的经济效益。

具体实施方式
本烟道内置式节能环保热风炉由独立的上炉体5、下炉体12两部分组成。其中:上炉体5设有顶盖1、集烟管2、上烟道3、烟管4、预热风道6、热风道7、导风道8、下烟道9、热风出口15、空气入口16、烟道隔板17、引烟口18等;上炉体5均匀布置烟管4,集烟管2与上烟道3、烟管4、下烟道9、引烟口17连接,组成烟气通道;烟管4安装在预热风道6内,热风道7设在上炉体最里层,与预热风道6形成隔层。下炉体12设有炉门11、隔热装置13、清灰门14。上炉体5与下炉体12经法兰连接成为一个整体。 
烟道内置式节能环保热风炉的工作过程如下:当下炉体12燃烧时,引烟口18在抽风机作用下,烟气经集烟管2进入上烟道3、在烟道隔板17作用下进入烟管4;空气经空气入口16在导风道8作用下进入预热风道6,吸收烟气的热量,经热风道7产生热风,经热风出口15输送到烘干机进行作业。

1.一种烟道内置式节能环保热风炉,包括独立的上炉体(5)、下炉体(12),其特征是:上炉体(5)均匀布置烟管(4),集烟管(2)与上烟道(3)、烟管(4)、下烟道(9)、引烟口(17)连接,组成烟气通道;烟管(4)安装在预热风道(6)内,热风道(7)设在上炉体最里层,与预热风道(6)形成隔层;下炉体(12)设有隔热装置(13)、清灰门(14);上炉体(5)与下炉体(12)经法兰连接成为一个整体。
