[0017] 所述复数个喷淋单元3依次为低浓度烧碱蚀刻单元3A、高浓度烧碱蚀刻单元3B、第一水洗单元3C、蚀刻盐蚀刻单元3D、氨水蚀刻单元3E、第二水洗单元3F、第三水洗单元3G、退锡单元3H以及第四水洗单元31。不同的喷淋单元其药水槽内存储的药水不同,如:低浓度烧碱蚀刻单元3A的药水槽内存储的药水是低浓度烧碱,可把PCB板表面的干膜膨松;高浓度烧碱蚀刻单元3B的药水槽32内存储的药水是高浓度烧碱,可将膨松的干膜退去;蚀刻盐蚀刻单元3D的药水槽32内存储的药水是蚀刻盐,用于对PCB板进一步蚀刻;氨水蚀刻单元3E的药水槽32内存储的药水是氨水,用于清洗表面残留的蚀刻盐;退锡单元3H的药水槽32内存储的药水是退锡药水;第一水洗单元3C、第二水洗单元3F、第三水洗单元3G以及第四水洗单元31的药水槽32内存储的水,用于对前道工序的残留在PCB板上药水进行冲洗。
[0018] 所述烘干单元4包括一烘烤室41和一控制面板42,该控制面板42设在烘烤室41夕卜,所述烘烤室41具有一进口和一出口 412,所述传动轮组从进口穿设到出口 412外,烘烤室41的内壁为内外双层钢板结构,内外双层钢板之间还设有热管,所述热管连接所述控制面板;所述烘烤室41还设有进气孔和出气孔(未图示)。冲洗干净后的PCB板被传动轮组I输送至烘烤室41进行烘干,烘干后再从出口 412送出,其烘干时间和温度可通过控制面板42来控制。

Claims (6)
1.一种PCB板蚀刻烘干一体机,其特征在于:包括一传动轮组以及依序连接的一进料槽、复数个喷淋单元和一烘干单元;所述传动轮组依次穿设于所述进料槽、复数个喷淋单元以及烘干单元。
2.如权利要求1所述的PCB板蚀刻烘干一体机,其特征在于:所述喷淋单元包括一箱体、一药水槽、一泵以及复数根喷淋管;所述药水槽设在所述箱体的旁侧,所述喷淋管并排布置于所述箱内并通过所述泵连接药水槽;所述传动轮组穿设在箱体的纵向中段并位于喷淋管的下方,所述箱体的底部还设有一集水口。
3.如权利要求2所述的PCB板蚀刻烘干一体机,其特征在于:所述箱体的顶部还设有一透明盖,所述集水口还连接所述药水槽。
4.如权利要求3所述的PCB板蚀刻烘干一体机,其特征在于:所述复数个喷淋单元依次为低浓度烧碱蚀刻单元、高浓度烧碱蚀刻单元、第一水洗单元、蚀刻盐蚀刻单元、氨水蚀刻单元、第二水洗单元、退锡单元以及第三水洗单元。
5.如权利要求1所述的PCB板蚀刻烘干一体机,其特征在于:所述烘干单元包括一烘烤室和一控制面板,该控制面板设在烘烤室外,所述烘烤室具有一进口和一出口,所述传动轮组从进口穿设到出口外,烘烤室的内壁为内外双层钢板结构,内外双层钢板之间还设有热管,所述热管连接所述控制面板;所述烘烤室还设有进气孔和出气孔。
6.如权利要求1所述的PCB板蚀刻烘干一体机,其特征在于:所述传动轮组为多排多列且同时运转的耐腐蚀的小轮组成。
