本实用新型涉及一种煤粉锅炉的预热器系统,所述预热器系统包括空气热交换器、助燃风机和助燃风管道,所述空气热交换器的管排设置在锅炉烟气排气管的周围,所述空气热交换器的出口与助燃风机进口相连,所述助燃风机的出口通过助燃风管道与煤粉燃烧器相连。本实用新型将空气热交换器的管排安装在锅炉烟气排气管的周围,利用锅炉烟气排气管中排放出的热量,通过空气热交换器的交换,既降低了烟气的温度,使锅炉排放的粗灰可以净化下来,减少大气灰污染,而且还能将空气热交换器中得到的高温空气鼓入到煤粉燃烧器中,增加了煤粉燃烧器中助燃风热量,进风热量增加后,燃烧器燃烧效果得到保证,燃烧热量提高,可提高热效率5%左右。

背景技术
混合燃烧气通过煤粉燃烧器进入煤粉炉中进行喷射式燃烧,会产生含有大量热量的烟气,通过锅炉烟气排气管排放到大气中,即会对大气产生灰污染,而且浪费了烟气中含有的大量热量,不环保,热量利用率也不高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种煤粉锅炉的预热器系统,解决了现有技术中的不足,减少烟气中粗灰的含量,还能对烟气所含的热量进行再利用。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种煤粉锅炉的预热器系统,所述煤粉锅炉包括煤粉燃烧器、煤粉炉和锅炉烟气排气管,所述煤粉燃烧器与煤粉炉侧面上的进口相连,所述锅炉烟气排气管连接于煤粉炉侧面的上部,所述预热器系统包括空气热交换器、助燃风机和助燃风管道,所述空气热交换器的管排设置在锅炉烟气排气管的周围,所述空气热交换器的出口与助燃风机进口相连,所述助燃风机的出口通过助燃风管道与煤粉燃烧器相连。
本实用新型的有益效果是:锅炉燃烧有大量热量通过锅炉烟气排气管排放到大气中,本实用新型将空气热交换器的管排安装在锅炉烟气排气管的周围,利用锅炉烟气排气管中排放出的热量,通过空气热交换器的交换,既降低了烟气的温度,使锅炉排放的粗灰可以净化下来,减少大气灰污染,而且还能将空气热交换器中得到的高温空气通过助燃风机鼓入助燃风管道中,最终进入煤粉燃烧器中,增加了煤粉燃烧器中助燃风热量,进风热量增加后,燃烧器燃烧效果得到保证,燃烧热量提高,可提高热效率5%左右。

如图1所示,一种煤粉锅炉的预热器系统,所述煤粉锅炉包括煤粉燃烧器6、煤粉炉5和锅炉烟气排气管1,所述煤粉燃烧器6与煤粉炉5侧面上的进口相连,所述锅炉烟气排气管1连接于煤粉炉5侧面的上部,所述预热器系统包括空气热交换器2、助燃风机3和助燃风管道4,所述空气热交换器2的管排设置在锅炉烟气排气管1的周围,所述空气热交换器2的出口与助燃风机3进口相连,所述助燃风机3的出口通过助燃风管道4与煤粉燃烧器6相连。
锅炉燃烧有大量热量通过锅炉烟气排气管1排放到大气中,本实用新型将空气热交换器2的管排安装在锅炉烟气排气管1的周围,利用锅炉烟气排气管1中排放出的热量,通过空气热交换器2的交换,既降低了烟气的温度,使锅炉排放的粗灰可以净化下来,减少大气灰污染,而且还能将空气热交换器2中得到的高温空气通过助燃风机3鼓入助燃风管道中,最终进入煤粉燃烧器5中,增加了煤粉燃烧器5中助燃风热量,进风热量增加后,燃烧器燃烧效果得到保证,燃烧热量提高,可提高热效率5%左右。
