本实用新型涉及一种成排管施工用固定工具。
背景技术
随着建筑业的发展，建筑施工管理越来越精细，尤其是现在建筑装饰的要求越来越高，因此就要求我们在照明、弱电等方面的施工就越复杂。
在每层水电管预埋过程中，在同一部位经常遇到竖向成排的管道。如果不用好的方法保护，就会在砼浇筑完毕后导致预管道东倒西歪的，造成观感不佳，操作不方便，还会导致在二次施工时断管现象。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种成排管施工用固定工具。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：成排管施工用固定工具，包括主筋和横梁；两根平行设置的主筋通过横梁连接；横梁按设定间距设置。
作为优选，主筋和横梁均为钢筋并通过焊接连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是：

具体实施方式
图1是成排管施工用的固定工具，形象地称其为梯子筋。
制作时，用Φ10的钢筋作为两条主筋1，横梁2用Φ8钢筋焊接而成，横梁的间距按照成排管3的单个管道直径来做。
使用时，将管道分别套入横梁之间的空档即可固定住管道。较长管道可用上下二层的梯子筋来固定成排管（图2）。
本实施例保证了垂直管段各回路的间距、垂直度，且固定时一个人就能迅速完成，各回路在穿入套管后，方向还可以根据需要做大幅度的调整，使用起来非常的方便。另外，该梯子筋还可以重复使用，尤其在进入标准层后，只需要做出一层数量的梯子筋，在混凝土浇筑结束后取下，以备下一层的使用，或对套管数量做一增减，再用于下一个工地。
