[0004] 本实用新型采用了以下技术方案:一种固定盘铰孔专用装置，包括底板和芯轴，底板上设有若干个铰孔，所述芯轴安装在底板上，在芯轴的上端设有与芯轴配合的胀毂，在胀毂上端设有盖板，盖板通过螺母固定在胀毂上端，在盖板的外部设有压板，压紧螺母将压板压紧。
