Abstract
一种防水涂料生产废水循环利用设备，包括搅拌设备，搅拌设备中产生的废水通过过滤器排放到沉降池内，沉降池与水泵连接，水泵与蓄水池连接，蓄水池与搅拌设备连通，搅拌设备上还接有自来水管，通过整个系统可以达到循环利用生产中产生的废水。采用本实用新型防水涂料生产废水循环利用设备，可以高效利用水资源，保证生产中产生的废水能够完全被再利用，并确保生产出的产品性能不受任何影响。

本实用新型属于防水涂料生产废水循环利用设备。
背景技术
建筑防水涂料属于水性涂料中的一种，水性涂料生产过程中需要大量的水做粉体分散的介质，所以在生产中会产生大量的洗生产设备的水和洗过滤网的水，传统的生产工艺往往是通过沉降池把生产中产生的废水过滤下，然后就排放出去，沉降池只能过滤掉生产中产生的固化涂料和一些杂质，并不能把水中遗留的一些不溶于水的游离态份子完全过滤完，这些游离态的份子被排放出去会对环境造成很大的影响。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能减少废水排放，并且能保证产品质量的防水涂料生产废水处理设备。
为了达到上述目的采用以下技术方案：包括搅拌设备，搅拌设备上接有生产和冲洗用的水管，搅拌设备中产生的废水通过过滤器排放到沉降池内，沉降池与水泵连接，水泵与蓄水池连接，蓄水池与搅拌罐连通，搅拌设备上还接有自来水管。
生产中产生的废水通过放料口与沉降池连接直接排放到沉降池内，沉降池分为8级，由8个沉降槽组成。水泵连接在沉降池的第8级沉降槽上。
采用本实用新型防水涂料生产废水循环利用设备，通过水泵把8级沉降池中第8级沉降槽中的水抽到蓄水池中，所抽上去的水能够保证防水涂料生产需要，并且能生产出达到国家标准的防水涂料，通过这套废水处理设备能有效的利用水资源，也能很好的保护厂区环境。

具体实施方法
如附图所示防水涂料生产废水循环利用设备，包括搅拌设备2，搅拌设备上接有自来水管5，搅拌设备中产生的废水通过过滤器排放到沉降池3内，沉降池3与水泵4连接，水泵4与蓄水池1连接，蓄水池1与搅拌罐2连通。
首先把蓄水池内的水加到搅拌设备内，然后在把原材料加入到搅拌设备内，原材料在搅拌设备内混合均匀，最后调节好涂料的粘度后通过放料口出料。放料完成后，用自来水冲洗搅拌设备，清洗完毕后把清洗设备的水通过管道放到沉降池内，通过8级沉降池过滤，把生产中产生的杂质过滤掉，然后用水泵把第八级沉降槽内的水打到蓄水池内，作为生产水备用。当蓄水池内的水不够生产时，可以用自来水来做生产用水。

1.一种防水涂料生产废水循环利用设备，其特征是：包括搅拌设备，搅拌设备上接有生产和冲洗用的水管，搅拌设备中产生的废水通过过滤器排放到沉降池内，沉降池与水泵连接，水泵与蓄水池连接，蓄水池与搅拌罐连通，搅拌设备上还接有自来水管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水涂料生产废水循环利用设备，其特征是：生产中产生的废水通过放料口与沉降池连接直接排放到沉降池内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水涂料生产废水循环利用设备，其特征是：沉降池分为8级，由8个沉降槽组成，每个沉降槽之间用20目的过滤网隔开。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的一种防水涂料生产废水循环利用设备，其特征是：水泵连接在沉降池的第8级沉降槽上。
