1.一种具有改良定位结构的汽车零部件模具,包括上模座(1 )、下模座(2)和位于上模座(1)和下模座(2 )之间的外导柱(3 ),所述上模座(1)装设有上模板(4 )、圆形定位销(5 )和上拉深凹模(6 ),上模板(4)通过圆形定位销(5 )固定在上模座(1),上拉深凹模(6 )安装在上模板(4),所述下模座(2)装设有下脱料板(7)、下成形凸模(8)、下拉深凸模(9)、等高套筒(10)、氮气弹簧座(11)、氮气弹簧(12)和弹簧顶块(13),下脱料板(7)通过等高套筒(10)和氮气弹簧(12)活动连接在下模座(2),下脱料板(7)上设计通孔,与下拉深凸模(9)间隙配合,下成形凸模(8)安装在下脱料板(7)并位于下拉深凸模(9)两侧,其特征在于:所述上模板(4)和上拉深凹模(6)之间、下模座(2)和下拉深凸模(9)之间分别装设有方形定位键(14),该定位键(14)分别位于上模板(4)与上拉深凹模(6)之间、下拉深凸模(9)与下模座(2 )之间开设的键槽(15 )中,定位键(14 )与键槽(15 )相滑配。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有改良定位结构的汽车零部件模具,其特征在于:所述定位键(14)上开设有沉头螺丝孔和拨模螺丝孔,定位键(14)通过内六角螺丝分别固定在上模板(4)和下模座(2)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有改良定位结构的汽车零部件模具,其特征在于:所述定位键(14)的长度为30〜50mm,宽度为15〜30mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有改良定位结构的汽车零部件模具,其特征在于:所述定位键(14)的各棱边设置有倒角。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有改良定位结构的汽车零部件模具,其特征在于:所述键槽(15)为腰形键槽。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有改良定位结构的汽车零部件模具,其特征在于:所述上模板(4)装设有上模耐磨块(16),所述下模座(2)装设有下模挡块(17)和用于在上模座(1)向下运行时与上模耐磨块(16)相接触的下模耐磨块(18),下模耐磨块(18)安装在下模挡块(17)上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种具有改良定位结构的汽车零部件模具,其特征在于:所述下模挡块(17)与下模座(2)之间装设有方形定位键(14),所述下模挡块(17)与下模座(2)之间开设有键槽(15)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有改良定位结构的汽车零部件模具,其特征在于:所述下模座(2 )依次装设有下垫铁(19 )和下托板(20 )。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有改良定位结构的汽车零部件模具,其特征在于:所述下脱料板(7 )与下模座(2 )之间装设有下限位块(21)。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有改良定位结构的汽车零部件模具,其特征在于:所述下脱料板(7)的两侧装设有安全挡板(22)。
