本实用新型揭示了一种除湿机,包括储水箱、底座,隔板和前面板,所述储水箱置于由底座、隔板和前面板下沿构成的空腔内,提手枢接在所述储水箱外侧上沿,所述前面板下沿与储水箱外侧上沿均为由内向外逐渐升高的斜面结构。该储水箱结构使用方便,结构简单,用户在站立状态下只需通过“斜提、上拉”提手,则可以完成取出储水箱的操作,放回时也只需反向操作即可,使得除湿机储水箱的设计更加人性化。

本实用新型涉及空气除湿设备,尤其涉及一种除湿机。
背景技术:
随着人们生活水平的日益提高以及家电产品技术不断进步,消费者对家电产品在使用过程中的人性化要求越来越强烈。
目前使用的除湿机有些内部具有储水箱结构,其结构通常为抽屉式,在使用时,用户取出储水箱时,需要先蹲下把储水箱平拉出来(水平抽屉式结构),之后才能将其提起取走,放回储水箱时,用户同样需要先蹲下将储水箱放置在入口处,之后再把储水箱推入,这种储水箱结构操作复杂,使用不方便,人性化程度低。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是实现一种用户可以在站立状态下完成取出或放回操作的储水箱结构。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是:一种除湿机,包括储水箱、底座,隔板和前面板,所述储水箱置于由底座、隔板和前面板下沿构成的空腔内,提手枢接在所述储水箱外侧上沿,所述前面板下沿与储水箱外侧上沿均为由内向外逐渐升高的斜面结构。
所述提手通过相配合的转轴和轴孔枢接在储水箱外侧上沿。
所述储水箱内侧上沿设有限位筋,所述的前面板下沿设有当所述储水箱倾斜向外拉至预设行程末端时,限制储水箱继续向外倾斜的限位块。
所述斜面结构与前面板夹角为95度到175度。
所述储水箱和/或前面板下沿设有放置提手的凹槽结构。
所述底座设有沿储水箱拉出方向延伸的滑轨,储水箱底面设有与滑轨配合的滑槽。
本实用新型的优点在于使用方便,结构简单,用户在站立状态下只需通过“斜提、上拉”提手,则可以完成取出储水箱的操作,放回时也只需反向操作即可,使得除湿机储水箱的设计更加人性化。

具体实施方式
参见图1可知,除湿机主要包括储水箱3、提手2、前面板1、隔板5和底座4,其中储水箱3置于由底座4、隔板5和前面板1下沿构成的空腔内,隔板5通过卡扣固定于底座4上,前面板1下沿外端固定在隔板5上方,储水箱3为用于储水筒体结构。
为确保储水箱3能够斜提取出,前面板1下沿与储水箱3外侧上沿均为向外逐渐升高的斜面结构。如图5中所示,储水箱3设有夹角a与前面板1的夹角b相同,其范围值为95度到175度。作为斜提工具的提手2通过其两端的转轴21固定在储水箱3外侧上沿中间部位的轴孔31内,这样提手2可绕储水箱3上沿为轴线转动。同时还可以在底座4和储水箱3底面设置沿储水箱3拉出方向延伸且相扣合的滑槽结构,这样可以方便储水箱3在底座4上滑动,减小取储水箱3的阻力,还可避免错位干涉现象发生。
为确保斜提到位后用户能够及时上拉储水箱3将其取出,避免储水箱3内的水倾倒出来,可以在储水箱3内侧上沿设置限位筋32,并在前面板1下沿设置与限位筋32相配合的限位块11,这样当储水箱3倾斜向外拉至预设行程末端时,限位筋32与限位块11接触限制储水箱3继续向外倾斜,这时用户只能上提储水箱3,引导用户及时向上拉或斜向上将储水箱3取出。为了起到美观作用,在储水箱3,或者前面板1下沿,或者前面板1下沿与储水箱3之间位置相互配合的预设一个用于放置提手2的凹槽,这时在储水箱3位于如图2、3状态时,提手2能够完美的收纳于上述凹槽内,既美观又实用。
本实用新型储水箱结构取出过程如下,在储水箱3如图2、3中所示收纳于除湿机内的状态下,用户握住提手2露在外面的部分,斜向上提储水箱3至图3、4所示位置,在斜提储水箱3过程中,储水箱3提手2会沿着储水箱3的轴孔31转动,之后再将储水箱3沿着底座4向斜上方滑动,用户则可直接将储水箱3取出,呈图6、7所示状态。

1.一种除湿机,包括储水箱、底座,隔板和前面板,所述储水箱置于由底座、隔板和前面板下沿构成的空腔内,其特征在于:提手枢接在所述储水箱外侧上沿,所述前面板下沿与储水箱外侧上沿均为由内向外逐渐升高的斜面结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的除湿机,其特征在于:所述提手通过相配合的转轴和轴孔枢接在储水箱外侧上沿。
3.根据权利要求1所述的除湿机,其特征在于:所述储水箱内侧上沿设有限位筋,所述的前面板下沿设有当所述储水箱倾斜向外拉至预设行程末端时,限制储水箱继续向外倾斜的限位块。
4.根据权利要求1、 2或3所述的除湿机,其特征在于:所述斜面结构与前面板夹角为95度到175度。
5.根据权利要求4所述的除湿机,其特征在于:所述储水箱和/或前面板下沿设有放置提手的凹槽结构。
6.根据权利要求5所述的除湿机,其特征在于:所述底座设有沿储水箱拉出方向延伸的滑轨,储水箱底面设有与滑轨配合的滑槽。
