本实用新型一种液压旋转密封接头，所述液压旋转密封结构包括：K型胶管接头和K型接头座，K型接头座内设有接头腔，K型胶管接头前端为轴状的接头芯；所述接头芯套装于接头腔内，并保持基孔制配合；K型接头座与K型胶管接头之间通过U型卡锁紧，所述K型接头座与K型胶管接头的径向上均设有配合U型卡的通槽。通过上述方式，提供一种液压旋转密封接头，使用配套的K型接头座与K型胶管接头，U型卡用于径向卡紧K型接头座与K型胶管接头。该密封锁紧结构能够保证其密封压力，防止K型接头座与K型胶管接头因液压压力过大而产生崩开现象。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及液压密封构件领域，特别是涉及一种液压旋转密封接头。
背景技术
液压快换接头用于液压管路的对接，其要求有相当的承压能力。液压快速接头的种类主要分为焊接式、卡接式、扩口式、扣压式和胶管接头等等。由于液压的压力相当大，液压油管突然冲出的冲击力是很大的，普通接头做多能够承受0.5个气压，远远满足不了液压系统中的压力要求。

为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的一个技术方案是提供一种液压旋转密封接头，所述液压旋转密封结构包括：K型胶管接头和K型接头座，K型接头座内设有接头腔，K型胶管接头前端为轴状的接头芯；所述接头芯套装于接头腔内，并保持基孔制配合；K型接头座与K型胶管接头之间通过U型卡锁紧，所述K型接头座与K型胶管接头的径向上均设有配合U型卡的通槽。
优选的是，所述的接头芯为阶梯轴，接头芯的根部为凸台；接头芯的接口处设有O型密封圈。
本实用新型的有益效果是：提供一种液压旋转密封接头，使用配套的K型接头座与K型胶管接头，U型卡用于径向卡紧K型接头座与K型胶管接头。该密封锁紧结构能够保证其密封压力，防止K型接头座与K型胶管接头因液压压力过大而产生崩开现象。

1.一种液压旋转密封接头，其特征在于：所述液压旋转密封结构包括：K型胶管接头（1）和K型接头座（2），K型接头座（2）内为接头腔，K型胶管接头（1）前端为轴状的接头芯（3）；所述接头芯（3）套装于接头腔内，并保持基孔制配合；K型接头座（2）与K型胶管接头（1）之间通过U型卡（4）锁紧，所述K型接头座（2）与K型胶管接头（1）的径向上均设有配合U型卡（4）的通槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种液压旋转密封接头，其特征在于：所述的接头芯（3）为阶梯轴，接头芯（3）的根部为凸台；接头芯（3）的接口处设有O型密封圈（5）。
