Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种用于单相智能电能表自动检板针床的工装电路,包括被测电路板、主控模块、顶针组、给主控模块供电的主电源和给被测电路板供电的工装电源,所述的主控模块分别通过红外通信模块、485通信模块、载波通信模块同被测电路板进行通讯,所述的工装电源通过上电控制模块与给被测电路板上电的强电顶针相连,所述的被测电路板还分别通过秒脉冲测试顶针、液晶显示测试顶针、电压取样顶针与秒脉冲指示灯、液晶显示模块、锰铜分流器相连,锰铜分流器的输入端同检测板的电流输出焊点连接。本实用新型结构简单、设计合理,把测试点用顶针的形式多点同时接触,人为影响小、工作稳定可靠,不易损坏被测电路板、安全性高、检板速度快。

[0001] 本实用新型涉及一种工装电路,特别是涉及一种用于单相智能电能表自动检板针床的工装电路。
背景技术
[0002] 为了提高单相智能电能表的生产效率及生产质量,在装成成表前须解决电路板在SMT焊接过程中出现的器件损坏、虚焊、漏焊、反焊、连焊等导致单相智能电能表功能失效的问题。目前,尽管可以通过ICT在线测试仪进行电路板的测试,但只能用手工测试棒对准测试点,用万用表、示波器进行观测测试结果,存在受人为影响大、测试效率低、劳动强度大,易短路而对电路板造成损坏等问题,并且人工带强电操作,极易造成触电事故。另外,由于电流采样原件(锰铜、电流互感器)、液晶显示器件、电力线载波通信器件等是在组装为成表时才与电路板连接在一起,故不能实现电能测量,控制、显示、通信等电路的正确性测试。
发明内容
[0003] 本实用新型 的目的在于克服上述技术中存在的不足之处,提供一种结构简单、设计合理,不易损坏被测电路板、受人为影响小、安全性高、检板速度快、检测项目完整的用于单相智能电能表自动检板针床的工装电路。
[0004] 为了达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:包括被测电路板、主控模块、顶针组、给主控模块供电的主电源和给被测电路板供电的工装电源,顶针组设置在检测板上,所述的主控模块通过红外通信模块同被测电路板建立数据交换通道,主控模块还通过485通信模块与跟被测电路板相连的485通讯顶针连接,主控模块还通过载波通信模块与跟被测电路板相连的载波通讯顶针连接,所述的工装电源通过上电控制模块与给被测电路板上电的强电顶针相连,上电控制模块用于被测电路板安装后接通供电电路,所述的被测电路板还分别通过秒脉冲测试顶针、液晶显示测试顶针、电压取样顶针与秒脉冲指示灯、液晶显示模块、锰铜分流器相连,所述的锰铜分流器的输入端同检测板的电流输出焊点连接,所述的主控模块还与检测结果显示模块相连。

[0007] 2、把测试点用顶针的形式多点同时接触,降低了人为影响,避免了手工操作造成电路短路而使被测电路板损坏等问题的发生,检测项目完整,保证了电路板的生产质量,同时提闻了电路板的检测效率,最终提升了电能表的生广效率及广品质量;
[0008] 3、采用上电控制模块及弱电顶针,避免带强电操作,提高了设备的安全性。

[0012] 本实用新型的一种用于单相智能电能表自动检板针床的工装电路主要由检测结果显示模块1、主控模块2、被测电路板6、顶针组、给主控模块2供电的主电源18和给被测电路板6供电的工装电源13组成,顶针组设置在检测板上,它包括连接485通信模块4和被测电路板6的485通讯顶针5、连接载波通信模块17和被测电路板6的载波通讯顶针16、连接秒脉冲指示灯8和被测电路板6的秒脉冲测试顶针7、连接液晶显示模块9和被测电路板6的液晶显示测试顶针10、给被测电路板6上电的强电顶针15和向被测电路板6输入电压取样信号的电压取样顶针11,485通信模块4和载波通信模块17还分别与主控模块2相连,检测结果显示模块I也同主控模块2连接,用于显示各项检测结果及最终检测结果,主控模块2还经红外通信模块3同被测电路板6建立数据交换通道,工装电源13通过上电控制模块14与强电顶针15相连,被测电路板6还通过电压取样顶针11与锰铜分流器12相连,锰铜分流器12的输入端同检测板的电流输出焊点连接。
[0013] 在电能表成板实际检测中,把被测电路板6正确安装在检测板上后,上电控制模块14接通供电电路,使得被测电路板6上电。主控模块2经红外通信模块3发出红外信号与被测电路板6进行通信,若通信成功且在检测结果显示模块I上显示的返回数据正确,则被测电路板6的红外通信功能合格,反之不合格;同理,主控模块2分别经485通信模块4、载波通信模块17发出485信号、载波信号与被测电路板6进行通信,若通信成功且返回数据正确,则被测电路板6的相应功能合格,反之不合格;通过观看液晶显示模块9的显示情况确定被测电路板6显示部分是否正常工作,若液晶显示模块9全屏显示则为合格,反之不合格;通过观察秒脉冲指示灯8的闪烁速率确定被测电路板6上的时钟是否正常工作;由检测板的电流输出焊点输出的电流经过锰铜分流器12分出电压取样信号给被测电路板6,观察被测电路板6上电能灯是否闪烁和闪烁的速率来判断被测电路板6的电能计量功能是否正常。

1.一种用于单相智能电能表自动检板针床的工装电路,包括被测电路板(6)、主控模块(2)、顶针组、给主控模块(2)供电的主电源(18)和给被测电路板(6)供电的工装电源 (13),顶针组设置在检测板上,其特征在于:所述的主控模块(2)通过红外通信模块(3)同被测电路板(6)建立数据交换通道,主控模块(2)还通过485通信模块(4)与跟被测电路板(6)相连的485通讯顶针(5)连接,主控模块(2)还通过载波通信模块(17)与跟被测电路板(6)相连的载波通讯顶针(16)连接,所述的工装电源(13)通过上电控制模块(14)与给被测电路板(6)上电的强电顶针(15)相连,上电控制模块(14)用于被测电路板(6)安装后接通供电电路,所述的被测电路板(6)还分别通过秒脉冲测试顶针(7)、液晶显示测试顶针(10)、电压取样顶针(11)与秒脉冲指示灯(8)、液晶显示模块(9)、锰铜分流器(12)相连,所述的锰铜分流器(12)的输入端同检测板的电流输出焊点连接,所述的主控模块(2)还与检测结果显示模块(1)相连。
