一种低温轨道球阀,包括球体、阀体以及设置于阀体上与球体密封配合的阀座,阀座内圈为软质密封圈、外圈为金属密封圈,软质密封圈上的软质密封面高于金属密封圈上的硬质密封面,所述金属密封圈与阀体配合面设计为阶梯形,金属密封圈的内侧阶梯面与阀体之间设置缠绕垫片,外侧阶梯面与阀体之间留有间隙,软质密封圈及金属密封圈通过压圈与阀体固定连接。本实用新型的有益效果是:阀座由软质密封圈和金属密封圈组成,软质密封面高于硬质密封面,阀门关闭时,形成双重密封,且分体式阀座结构刚好,在低温工况下不易变形,密封可靠;软质密封圈和金属密封圈通过压圈与阀体固定连接,结构简单,安装及维修方便。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及轨道球阀,特别涉及一种在低温工况下使用的轨道球阀。 
背景技术
现有技术中,轨道球阀的阀座密封形式有多种,如图1所示,阀座2A与阀体3A为焊接连接,此结构阀座受力情况良好,在常温下使用效果好,但在低温工况下密封面易变形,使得密封失效;如图2所示,阀座加入软密封圈4B辅助硬密封圈2B密封,形成双重密封,在低温下密封效果良好,但是硬密封圈2B受球体1B的作用需要承受相当大的作用力,其接触面承受一定的弯矩往往导致软密封圈4B损坏,致使密封失效。 
发明内容
为了克服现有轨道球阀的上述缺点,本实用新型提供一种在低温工况下仍能很好的保证密封性能的低温轨道球阀。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是,一种低温轨道球阀,包括球体、阀体以及设置于阀体上与球体密封配合的阀座,阀座内圈为软质密封圈、外圈为金属密封圈,软质密封圈上的软质密封面高于金属密封圈上的硬质密封面,所述金属密封圈与阀体配合面设计为阶梯形,金属密封圈的内侧阶梯面与阀体之间设置缠绕垫片,外侧阶梯面与阀体之间留有间隙,软质密封圈及金属密封圈通过压圈与阀体固定连接。 
软质密封圈的材料为聚四氟乙烯,缠绕垫片的材料为柔性石墨。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:阀座由软质密封圈和金属密封圈组成,软质密封面高于硬质密封面,阀门关闭时,形成双重密封,且分体式阀座结构刚性好,在低温工况下不易变形,密封可靠;软质密封圈和金属密封圈通过压圈与阀体固定连接,结构简单,安装及维修方便。

如图3所示,一种低温轨道球阀,包括球体8、阀体2以及设置于阀体2上与球体8密封配合的阀座,阀座内圈为软质密封圈3、外圈为金属密封圈5,软质密封圈3上的软质密封面6高于金属密封圈5上的硬质密封面7,金属密封圈5与阀体2配合面设计为阶梯形,金属密封圈5的内侧阶梯面与阀体2之间设置柔性石墨缠绕垫片,外侧阶梯面与阀体2之间留有间隙,软质密封圈3及金属密封圈5通过压圈1与阀体2固定连接,软质密封圈3的材料为聚四氟乙烯。

1.一种低温轨道球阀,包括球体、阀体以及设置于阀体上与球体密封配合的阀座,其特征在于:所述阀座内圈为软质密封圈、外圈为金属密封圈,软质密封圈上的软质密封面高于金属密封圈上的硬质密封面,所述金属密封圈与阀体配合面设计为阶梯形,所述金属密封圈的内侧阶梯面与阀体之间设置缠绕垫片,外侧阶梯面与阀体之间留有间隙,所述软质密封圈及金属密封圈通过压圈与阀体固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低温轨道球阀,其特征在于:所述软质密封圈的材料为聚四氟乙烯,所述缠绕垫片的材料为柔性石墨。
