[0003] 本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术存在的缺点和不足,而提供一种施工安全方便、工期短、热工性能好、厚度小、使用寿命长,且不易开裂,空鼓、脱落和阻燃性能好的混凝土浇筑用聚氨酯免拆复合保温模板。
[0004] 实现本实用新型的目的所采取的技术方案是,该保温模板包括依次叠加的内侧界面砂浆层、聚氨酯板层、界面剂层和外侧聚合物砂浆层,其中,聚氨酯板层的外侧面上排列设有若干个矩形或燕尾形加强槽,槽内填充有界面剂和聚合物砂浆,或在外侧聚合物砂浆层中铺设若干根加强带,在内侧界面砂浆层的内表面和外侧聚合物砂浆层的外表面分别铺设粘合有耐碱玻璃纤维网格布或镀锌钢网或碳纤维,该保温模板上埋设有锚固件,锚固件包括螺栓杆和带倾斜连接片的螺帽,其倾斜连接片为四个。

[0008] 按照上述方案制成的混凝土浇筑用聚氨酯免拆复合保温模板,其厚度可以控制在4cm左右,模板中的聚氨酯板是由聚氨酯硬泡构成,是一种高分热固聚合物,它的热稳定性可高达120°C,而苯板只有70°C,因此,在夏季高温状态下用聚氨酯板制成的保温模板不易产生形变、挠曲现象,由此可为外保温工程抗开裂、抗渗水、抗脱落提供了良好的基础保证,从而有效地提高建筑物的整体安全性。该保温模板通过设置加强槽或加强带及锚固件,可增加保温模板的强度及牢固性,使该保温模板不易脱落。而且施工方便、免拆卸、热工性能好。

具体实施方式
[0012] 参看图1,图2和图3,本实用新型的混凝土浇筑用聚氨酯免拆复合保温模板包括依次叠加的内侧界面砂浆层1、聚氨酯板层2、界面剂层3和外侧聚合物砂浆层4,其中,聚氨酯板层2的外侧面上排列设有若干个矩形或燕尾形加强槽,槽内填充有界面剂和聚合物砂浆,或在外侧聚合物砂浆层中铺设若干根加强带(图中未示),该加强带采用的是PP带或塑钢带,具有耐腐蚀、可塑性好及断裂拉力强等优点,设置加强槽或加强带可提高该保温模板的强度及牢固性。在内侧界面砂浆层I的内表面和外侧聚合物砂浆层4的外表面分别铺设粘合有耐碱玻璃纤维网格布或镀锌钢网或碳纤维,该保温模板上设有锚固件,锚固件包括螺栓杆5和带倾斜连接片的螺帽6,其倾斜连接片7为四个。所述聚合物砂浆层的材质为聚合物抗裂砂浆或聚合物保温砂浆之一。
[0013] 所述内侧界面剂砂浆层为界面剂或可分散乳胶粉、水泥、石英砂和页陶混合构成的浆料层,采用界面剂配料时,浆料的混合配比为:水泥20〜35%、石英砂20〜40%、页陶20〜50%,界面剂适量,搅拌混合成糊状料即可使用。采用可分散乳胶粉配料时,浆料的混合配比为:水泥20〜35%、石英砂20〜40%、页陶20〜50%、可分散乳胶粉I〜5%,加水适量,搅拌混合成糊状料即可使用。在实施例一中,所述聚氨酯板层2上设有燕尾形加强槽8-1,在实施例二中,所述聚氨酯板层2上设有矩形加强槽8-2。加强槽内填充界面剂和聚合物砂浆,可提高该保温模板的牢固性,所述聚氨酯板层3的上下两个表面分别设有界面剂层4和界面砂浆层2,在提高保温模板牢固性的同时,使其具有良好的阻燃性能。锚固件的螺栓杆5与带倾斜连接片的螺帽6相配合,带倾斜连接片的螺帽6设置在内侧界面砂浆层I的外部,当现浇砼墙体时,其倾斜连接片7可固定在现浇砼墙体的内部,从而使该保温模板与墙体之间更加牢固。该保温模板中的聚氨酯板层2由聚氨酯硬泡构成,聚氨酯硬泡呈网状结构,属交联热固性树脂泡沫、抗压、抗拉强度大,结构稳定,抗老化,使用寿命长。因其有独特的闭孔结构,闭孔率达90%以上,使得聚氨酯硬泡导热系数一般在0.017〜0.022W/M.K之间,隔热保温效果好,节能效率高,且该材料不含水,吸水率低,有着极高的水汽渗透阻隔性、良好的不透水性、较大的柔韧性和抵抗外力温度变化能力强的特点。因此,聚氨酯硬泡具有无毒、耐腐蚀、耐高低温的特点。

1.一种混凝土浇筑用聚氨酯免拆复合保温模板,其特征在于:该保温模板包括依次叠加的内侧界面砂浆层、聚氨酯板层、界面剂层和外侧聚合物砂浆层,其中,聚氨酯板层的外侧面上排列设有若干个矩形或燕尾形加强槽,槽内填充有界面剂和聚合物砂浆,或在外侧聚合物砂浆层中铺设若干根加强带,在内侧界面砂浆层的内表面和外侧聚合物砂浆层的外表面分别铺设粘合有耐碱玻璃纤维网格布或镀锌钢网或碳纤维,该保温模板上埋设有锚固件,锚固件包括螺栓杆和带倾斜连接片的螺帽,其倾斜连接片为四个。
2.按照权利要求1所述的混凝土浇筑用聚氨酯免拆复合保温模板,其特征在于:所述聚合物砂浆层的材质为聚合物抗裂砂浆或聚合物保温砂浆之一。
3.按照权利要求1所述的混凝土浇筑用聚氨酯免拆复合保温模板,其特征在于:所述内侧界面剂砂浆层为界面剂或可分散乳粉、水泥、石英砂和页陶混合构成的浆料层。
4.按照权利要求1所述的混凝土浇筑用聚氨酯免拆复合保温模板,其特征在于:所述加强带采用的是PP带或塑钢带。
