本实用新型涉及一种电缆桥架,具体的说是一种梯级式电缆桥架。 
背景技术
现在大都用梯级式电缆桥架实施多根架空电缆的依托和铺设施工,特别是在有腐蚀性气体的环境中电缆桥架还须采用铝合金材料。被搁架支撑的梯级式电缆桥架,由每个单元经连接板按电缆长度和走向相互连接而成。每个单元的桥架由两根平行的槽钢形的侧边及连接再两根侧边间且定间距分布的数根横档组成,每根横档的横截面呈一个矩形波状,其上平面承载铺设的电缆,下面两侧及两端面与两根侧边的相应位置紧固,这种结构的横档,由于接触面积大,摩擦力也大,因此需要较大的牵引力,易拉毛电缆的保护层,造成安全隐患。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对以上弊端提供一种改进的梯级式电缆桥架,它能减小牵引阻力,增加散热性能。 
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是: 
一种梯级式电缆桥架,包括侧边,在两个侧边之间均有设有若干个梯档,其中,所述的梯档上设有散热腔,所述的散热腔为长条形,所述散热腔内设有若干滚珠,所述滚珠部分裸露于梯档的上表面,藏于梯档的下表面。 
本实用新型的有益效果为:梯档上设有散热腔,散热腔内设有若干滚珠,使电缆在牵引移动时的滑动摩擦变为滚动摩擦,大大减小了摩擦力的同时也增加了散热能力,避免了拉毛电缆的保护层,造成安全隐患。

下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步说明。 
如图所示一种梯级式电缆桥架,包括侧边1,在两个侧边之间均有设有若干个梯档2,其中,梯档上设有散热腔3,散热腔3为长条形,且散热3腔内设有若干滚珠4,所述滚珠4部分裸露于梯档的上表面21,藏于梯档的下表面22。 
梯档上设有散热腔,散热腔内设有若干滚珠,使电缆在牵引移动时的滑动摩擦变为滚动摩擦,大大减小了摩擦力的同时也增加了散热能力,避免了拉毛电缆的保护层,造成安全隐患。

1.一种梯级式电缆桥架,包括侧边,在两个侧边之间均有设有若干个梯档,其特征为,所述的梯档上设有散热腔,所述的散热腔为长条形,所述散热腔内设有若干滚珠,所述滚珠上部裸露于梯档的上表面,藏于梯档的下表面。
