背景技术
磨石机在打磨石面时，需要在磨石机下面安装磨盘，模块安装在磨盘上，在现有技术中模块通过银焊片单个焊接在磨盘上，磨盘连接磨石机，这样结构的磨块安装复杂，成本高，维修不方便。
发明内容
本实用新型针对上述的缺点，提供一种安装简单，维修方便，成本低的磨石机干磨片。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的：一种磨石机干磨片，包括磨块，其特征在于：所述的磨块通过二保焊固定在磨片上，所述的磨片上面设有与磨盘上的固定卡销相配合的销孔，所述的磨盘上设有高磁性强磁，所述的高磁性强磁周围设有固定磨片的固定卡销，在使用时只需要把磨片通过高磁性强磁吸附在磨盘上，在利用磨盘上的固定卡销，将磨片固定。
进一步的讲，所述的磨片上面一次可以固定3个磨块，所述的磨块呈圆弧形。
再进一步讲，所述的磨盘上设有3个固定卡销，所述的磨盘上设有3个高磁性强磁。
本实用新型的有益效果: 这样结构的一种磨石机干磨片具有安装简单，维修方便，成本低的优点。

进一步的讲，所述的磨片2上面一次可以固定3个磨块1，所述的磨块1呈圆弧形。
再进一步讲，所述的磨盘上设有3个固定卡销，所述的磨盘上设有3个高磁性强磁。
这样结构的一种磨石机干磨片具有安装简单，维修方便，成本低的优点。
