Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种轮廓度、圆柱度测量检具，包括有量套，量套上端安装有轮廓度千分表，量套的侧壁上安装有圆柱度千分表，量套的上端设置有圆锥卡台；轮廓度千分表的测量杆压置于零件的球头面，圆柱度千分表的测量杆压置于零件的圆柱面。本实用新型的球头配合于锥面卡槽内，再将柱塞转动，通过观察千分表的表盘指针摆动范围，可以便捷检测柱塞的轮廓度。

本实用新型涉及形位检测工具，具体属于轮廓度、圆柱度测量检具。
背景技术
千分表是通过齿轮或杠杆将一般的直线位移(直线运动)转换成指针的旋转运动，然后在刻度盘上进行读数的长度测量仪器。球头的形位参数对于柱塞一项重要技术参数，但是目前没有出现针对球头轮廓度检测的工具。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种轮廓度、圆柱度测量检具，球头配合于锥面卡槽内，再将柱塞转动，通过观察千分表的表盘指针摆动范围，可以便捷检测柱塞的轮廓度。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
轮廓度、圆柱度测量检具，包括有量套，量套上端安装有轮廓度千分表，量套的侧壁上安装有圆柱度千分表，量套的上端设置有圆锥卡台；轮廓度千分表的测量杆压置于零件的球头面，圆柱度千分表的测量杆压置于零件的圆柱面。
所述的轮廓度千分表、圆柱度千分表通过紧固螺钉固定。
本实用新型球头配合于锥面卡槽内，再将柱塞转动一圈，通过观察千分表的表盘指针摆动范围，可以便捷检测柱塞的轮廓度。

1.轮廓度、圆柱度测量检具，包括有量套，其特征在于：量套上端安装有轮廓度千分表，量套的侧壁上安装有圆柱度千分表，量套的上端设置有圆锥卡台；轮廓度千分表的测量杆压置于零件的球头面，圆柱度千分表的测量杆压置于零件的圆柱面。
