本实用新型公开了一种多功能LED汽车雾灯,包括有雾灯本体,所述雾灯本体内分别设置有带LED光源的雾灯线路板和位置灯线路板,该雾灯线路板上的LED光源处于雾灯本体的内腔底部的中心部位,该位置灯线路板上的LED光源处于雾灯线路板上的LED光源侧边,且邻近雾灯本体的内腔侧壁;所述雾灯线路板的LED光源和位置灯线路板的LED光源各配置有相应的透镜,该雾灯线路板的雾灯透镜挡在其LED光源和雾灯本体的面镜之间,该位置灯线路板的位置灯透镜位于上述雾灯透镜的侧边,且靠近雾灯本体的内腔侧壁,并与该雾灯透镜存在间隙。本实用新型在采用以上方案后,具有结构紧凑、安全可靠、节能省耗、使用寿命长等优点,同时能实现雾灯及位置灯的功能。

技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型涉及汽车照明的技术领域,尤其是指一种多功能LED汽车雾灯。
背景技术
[0002] 业内习知,LED(发光二极管)是利用半导体材料中的电子空穴结合时的能量带位阶的改变,以发光显示其所释放的能量,具有体积小、寿命长、驱动电压低、耗电量少、反应速率快、耐电性佳等优点,为日常照明各种照明灯具常用到的发光源件。
[0003]目前,随着汽车的普及和科学技术的不断发展,汽车各部件的性能也不断得到提升和改进,而汽车雾灯(用于在雨雾天气行车时照明道路)作为汽车安全行驶的重要灯具,也是其中改进的对象之一,从现有汽车雾灯来看,其仍有较大的提升空间。虽然,现有的汽车雾灯在雾天使用时大都能提高驾驶员对周围环境的能见度,具有强的穿透力,但是现有的汽车雾灯,由于大都还采用卤素灯等传统光源,其不但能耗高,不环保,而且更为严重的是,其使用寿命短,更换频繁,这样会给使用者带来不便。另外,现有的汽车雾灯由于都不具有汽车位置灯的功能,即不能起到显示汽车外轮廓的的作用,这样在雾天环境下,驾驶员需同时开启雾灯和位置灯,才能实现既提高能见度又显示汽车外轮廓的的作用,功能比较单

[0004] 本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构紧凑、安全可靠、节能省耗、使用寿命长的多功能LED汽车雾灯,该LED汽车雾灯能同时实现雾灯及位置灯的功能,即是同时具有增大可视运行距离及显示汽车外轮廓的的作用。
[0005] 为实现上述目的,本实用新型所提供的技术方案为:一种多功能LED汽车雾灯,包括有雾灯本体,所述雾灯本体内分别设置有带LED光源的雾灯线路板和位置灯线路板,该雾灯线路板上的LED光源处于雾灯本体的内腔底部的中心部位,该位置灯线路板上的LED光源处于雾灯线路板上的LED光源侧边,且邻近雾灯本体的内腔侧壁;所述雾灯线路板的LED光源和位置灯线路板的LED光源各配置有相应的透镜,该雾灯线路板的雾灯透镜挡在其LED光源和雾灯本体的面镜之间,该位置灯线路板的位置灯透镜位于上述雾灯透镜的侧边,且靠近雾灯本体的内腔侧壁,并与该雾灯透镜存在间隙。

[0007] 所述位置灯透镜呈扁平状结构,且平行于雾灯透镜,其横截面自光线出射方向逐渐缩小。

[0009] 所述位置灯线路板有两块分布于雾灯线路板的相对两侧,同时,位置灯透镜有两块分布在雾灯透镜的相对两侧,且不在该雾灯透镜的长度方向上。

[0011] 所述雾灯透镜和位置灯透镜分别安装在雾灯本体的反光杯上。[0012] 本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有如下优点与有益效果:
[0013] 1、将位置灯加装在雾灯内,使得结合后的灯具具有雾灯和位置灯双功能,即是同时具有增大可视运行距离及显示汽车外轮廓的的作用,进而可有效提高行车安全,避免事故发生;
[0014] 2、采用LED光源取代传统光源,起到节能、省耗、环保、美观、反应快、延长使用寿命等作用;
[0015] 3、由于雾灯透镜和位置灯透镜的独特设计,使得产品外观更加漂亮。

[0022] 如图1至图5所示,本实施例所述的多功能LED汽车雾灯,包括有主要由面镜104、散热后壳106、反光杯107、灯圈108构成的雾灯本体I,该反光杯107、灯圈108按先后顺序依次放进散热后壳106内,放置后采用面镜104封住散热后壳106的光线出射口 ;其中,所述雾灯本体I内分别设置有带LED光源的一块雾灯线路板101和两块位置灯线路板102,该雾灯线路板101和位置灯线路板102分别安装在散热后壳106上,该雾灯线路板101上的LED光源101-1有三个间隔等距并排,且处于雾灯本体I的内腔底部的中心部位,该两块位置灯线路板102上的LED光源102-1各有一个,且分别处于上述雾灯线路板101上的LED光源101-1的相对两侧,并邻近于雾灯本体I的内腔侧壁。
[0023] 此外,为了提高行车安全及聚焦效果,本实施例所述雾灯线路板101的LED光源101-1和两块位置灯线路板102的LED光源102-1各配置有相应的透镜,该雾灯线路板101的雾灯透镜103和位置灯线路板102的位置灯透镜105分别安装在反光杯107上,同时,为提高产品外形的美观性,该雾灯透镜103呈拱桥状结构,且其拱起的方向朝向面镜104,该位置灯透镜105呈扁平状结构,且平行于雾灯透镜103,该位置灯透镜105朝向面镜104的一端为弧形端,其横截面自光线出射方向逐渐缩小;所述雾灯透镜103挡在LED光源101-1和面镜104之间,所述两块位置灯线路板102的LED光源102-1的两块位置灯透镜105分别位于上述雾灯透镜103的相对两侧,不在该雾灯透镜103的长度方向上,且靠近雾灯本体I的内腔侧壁,并与该雾灯透镜103之间存在间隙,使得出射光线形成有良好的出射效果,无眩光、出光均勻柔和、舒适。
[0024] 在采用以上方案后,通过将位置灯功能有机结合到雾灯内,同时再加上将卤素灯等传统光源替换为LED光源,使得本实用新型在提高行车安全性的同时,具有结构紧凑、节能、省耗、环保、美观、反应快、使用寿命长等优点,这相比现有技术,本实用新型是一款安全可靠的理想汽车雾灯,值得推广。[0025] 以上所述之实施例子只为本实用新型之较佳实施例,并非以此限制本实用新型的实施范围,故凡依本实用新型之形状、原理所作的变化,均应涵盖在本实用新型的保护范围内。

1.一种多功能LED汽车雾灯,包括有雾灯本体(1),其特征在于:所述雾灯本体(I)内分别设置有带LED光源的雾灯线路板(101)和位置灯线路板(102),该雾灯线路板(101)上的LED光源(101-1)处于雾灯本体(I)的内腔底部的中心部位,该位置灯线路板(102 )上的LED光源(102-1)处于雾灯线路板(101)上的LED光源(101-1)侧边,且邻近雾灯本体(I)的内腔侧壁;所述雾灯线路板(101)的LED光源(101-1)和位置灯线路板(102)的LED光源(102-1)各配置有相应的透镜,该雾灯线路板(101)的雾灯透镜(103)挡在其LED光源(101-1)和雾灯本体(I)的面镜(104)之间,该位置灯线路板(102)的位置灯透镜(105)位于上述雾灯透镜(103)的侧边,且靠近雾灯本体(I)的内腔侧壁,并与该雾灯透镜(103)存在间隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能LED汽车雾灯,其特征在于:所述雾灯透镜(103)呈拱桥状结构,且其拱起的方向朝向面镜(104)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能LED汽车雾灯,其特征在于:所述位置灯透镜(105)呈扁平状结构,且平行于雾灯透镜(103),其横截面自光线出射方向逐渐缩小。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种多功能LED汽车雾灯,其特征在于:所述位置灯透镜(105)朝向面镜(104)的一端为弧形端。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能LED汽车雾灯,其特征在于:所述位置灯线路板(102)有两块分布于雾灯线路板(101)的相对两侧,同时,位置灯透镜(105)有两块分布在雾灯透镜(103)的相对两侧,且不在该雾灯透镜(103)的长度方向上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能LED汽车雾灯,其特征在于:所述雾灯线路板(101)和位置灯线路板(102)分别安装在雾灯本体(I)的散热后壳(106)上。
