Abstract
一种设有空气炮的料库，属于料库技术领域。其包括料库主体，所述的料库主体下端为漏斗状库体，所述的漏斗状库体外壁上固定设置三层空气炮组，每层空气炮组中包括均匀分布的三个空气炮，所述的空气炮上的出气管伸入漏斗状库体内。上述的一种设有空气炮的料库，结构简单，设计合理，在料库的漏斗状库体上均匀设置空气炮，依靠空气炮突然喷出的压缩空气所产生的强大气流，直接冲入贮存散装物料的阻塞滞留区域，由气体急剧膨胀所产生的能量克服物料因静摩擦而形成的起拱或粘壁，将积累在斜面上的物料清除，使仓内物料恢复重力流动，达到物料输送畅通的目的。

技术领域
本实用新型属于料库技术领域，具体涉及一种设有空气炮的料库。
背景技术
目前，矿产企业用于储存料石及料石灰的料库一般上端为圆柱体结构，下端为漏斗状结构，这样便于料库中的物料从底部输送出。由于料库下端为漏斗状结构，在长期使用过程中，物料容易在斜面上粘壁、滞留等现象，从而影响物料的向下输送。

针对现有技术存在的问题，本实用新型的目的在于设计提供一种设有空气炮的料库的技术方案。
所述的一种设有空气炮的料库，包括料库主体，所述的料库主体下端为漏斗状库体，其特征在于所述的漏斗状库体外壁上固定设置三层空气炮组，每层空气炮组中包括均匀分布的三个空气炮，所述的空气炮上的出气管伸入漏斗状库体内。
所述的一种设有空气炮的料库，其特征在于所述的每层空气炮组中两两空气炮的夹角为120度。
所述的一种设有空气炮的料库，其特征在于所述的空气炮上的出气管与漏斗状库体的斜面平行。
所述的一种设有空气炮的料库，其特征在于所述的三层空气炮组中的空气炮的在水平面上的正投影互不重叠。
上述的一种设有空气炮的料库，结构简单，设计合理，在料库的漏斗状库体上均匀设置空气炮，依靠空气炮突然喷出的压缩空气所产生的强大气流，直接冲入贮存散装物料的阻塞滞留区域，由气体急剧膨胀所产生的能量克服物料因静摩擦而形成的起拱或粘壁，将积累在斜面上的物料清除，使仓内物料恢复重力流动，达到物料输送畅通的目的。

具体实施方式
以下结合说明书附图来进一步说明本实用新型。
如图所示，一种设有空气炮的料库包括料库主体1，料库主体1上端为圆柱状库体，下端为漏斗状库体2，漏斗状库体2外壁上固定设置三层空气炮组，每层空气炮组中包括均匀分布的三个空气炮3，空气炮3上的出气管4伸入漏斗状库体2内。
作为优选结构，每层空气炮组中两两空气炮3的夹角为120度，且三层空气炮组中的空气炮3在水平面上的正投影互不重叠，空气炮3上的出气管4与漏斗状库体2的斜面平行，采用上述的结构，空气炮3可对漏斗状库体2的斜面进行全方位的排气，达到全方位的清除，无死角。

1.一种设有空气炮的料库，包括料库主体（1），所述的料库主体（1）下端为漏斗状库体（2），其特征在于所述的漏斗状库体（2）外壁上固定设置三层空气炮组，每层空气炮组中包括均匀分布的三个空气炮（3），所述的空气炮（3）上的出气管（4）伸入漏斗状库体（2）内。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种设有空气炮的料库，其特征在于所述的每层空气炮组中两两空气炮（3）的夹角为120度。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种设有空气炮的料库，其特征在于所述的空气炮（3）上的出气管（4）与漏斗状库体（2）的斜面平行。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种设有空气炮的料库，其特征在于所述的三层空气炮组中的空气炮（3）的在水平面上的正投影互不重叠。
