Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种重载混凝土岔枕成型模具，该模具的两侧设有槽钢固定架，在槽钢固定架内设有模板，每块模板下设有钢板支架，在槽钢固定架上安装有加强板，在钢板支架之间设有活动底板，活动底板架设在钢板支架上，预埋件安装座设在活动底板上。采用本实用新型，可以通过加强板增加张拉强度，在更换预埋件安装座时只需要拆卸活动底板即可，不需要更换新的钢模，因此能减少钢模用量，降低生产成本。

本实用新型涉及一种重载混凝土岔枕成型模具。
背景技术
目前使用的重载混凝土岔枕成型模具采用的固定壳体的钢模结构，这种结构导致钢模的数量增加，仅靠两侧的槽钢不能满足60kg/m以上的重载混凝土岔枕生产时所需的张拉强度。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供能减少钢模制作数量，且能提高张拉强度的一种重载混凝土岔枕成型模具。
本实用新型采取的技术方案是：一种重载混凝土岔枕成型模具，其两侧设有槽钢固定架，在槽钢固定架内设有模板，每块模板下设有钢板支架，其特征在于在槽钢固定架上安装有加强板，在钢板支架之间设有活动底板，活动底板架设在钢板支架上，预埋件安装座设在活动底板上。
采用本实用新型，可以通过加强板增加张拉强度，在更换预埋件安装座时只需要拆卸活动底板即可，不需要更换新的钢模，因此能减少钢模用量，降低生产成本。

下面结合具体的实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
参照图1，该重载混凝土岔枕成型模具的两侧设有槽钢固定架2，在槽钢固定架2的内设有模板3，每块模板3下设有钢板支架4，在槽钢固定架2上安装有加强板1，在钢板支架4之间设有活动底板5，活动底板5架设在钢板支架4上，预埋件安装座6设在活动底板5上。当重载混凝土岔枕浇注完毕且成型后，只需要拆卸下活动底板5，取出预埋件安装座6即可，需要重新使用时，只要将活动底板5和预埋件安装座6重新安装即可。

1.一种重载混凝土岔枕成型模具，其两侧设有槽钢固定架，在槽钢固定架内设有模板，每块模板下设有钢板支架，其特征在于在槽钢固定架上安装有加强板，在钢板支架之间设有活动底板，活动底板架设在钢板支架上，预埋件安装座设在活动底板上。
